  1. Cuuute! ::hugs:: I'm happy that you managed to find the secret to no longer being a deadie, there's a whole army of Forsaken waiting to hear. You are so lucky that Gabe sleeps during the night! Although, I'm sure he's already plotting some nefarious plot to make up for this bit of niceness. Take care all of you! And maybe we'll see you in game again some day!
  2. Funny You've got way too much time on your hands to hunt this stuff down
  3. ::happy dances:: ::tosses confetti::
  4. Okay! It's just down to getting Gordantell and Oriahtundra a run through BM and we're all set! I'd like to plan our first attempt this Sunday at 3pm! Be in front of the tower ready to make our first attempts on the huntsman!
  5. I'm ready to take the pit lord down!
  6. Woot! Looks like we've got plenty of interest in this run, so I'm ready to get it going! However, since there's a few who still need keys, this Sunday will be dedicated to finishing them off. If you have finished getting keyed, SHOW UP. If you need your key, SHOW UP. After asking around, it seems the best time for everyone is 3pm. I'd like the run to last 3 to 4 hours, depending on the progress we make. I know this isn't enough time to do a full Kara run, but I am having problems getting everyone to agree on times that would work for a second day. Still, I think one day is better than none.
  7. Oriah and Reyox, probably the best way to get in this raid now is to talk to Odenn directly to see if there's still space. We've been running it a couple weeks with a full 25 people signing up, altho there were a few no shows last week, mainly healers.
  8. I'm starting a new Karazhan run on Sundays at 3pm along with Rhoach and Adranna. I've asked a number of others if they'd like to come and the lineup is as follows: Aletia (holy paladin) Rhoach (backstabbing rogue) Adranna (shadow priest) Gordantell (hunter) Oriahtundrah (feral druid - we think... did he respec? ) Jasena (holy paladin) Reyox (arms warrior) Zurash (priesty type) Tonac (hunter) Smedlock (main tank) This run is no dkp. We're grownups, we can figure it out on our own. The day has been confirmed, but the time is still not set in stone. I'm hearing a range from 10am to 6pm, with a preference for the afternoons for some, so reply to this confirming you are in the raid and what time you'd like best. Also, note if you have to get keyed still, so we can get that hammered out fast. If all goes well, we may be able to start next Sunday, the 24th. Woogah!
  9. Once you finally finish your training and earn your first flying mount, a whole lot of new quests are opened up to you! There are three areas in particular that you can now work on daily chores - quests that are repeatable once a day - for reputation with different factions and a nice way to earn gold. The three factions are Netherwing, Skyguard and Ogri'la. I've broken down the tasks below: Netherwing (Shadowmoon Valley) Want to get your epic flying dragon? There's a series of quests that will get your reputation up to neutral with the only requirement being level 70, but to proceed beyond that you must have 300 riding skill. - To start, talk to a blood elf named Mordercoi (dragonkin in disguise) who walks the fields in front of the Scryer base in Shadowmoon Valley killing the flayers there. He'll start you on a chain to feed the dragons and eventually free his mother from the Dragonmaw orcs. - Once you're at neutral standing, Mordercoi will give you a new task to go to the Netherwing Ledge and infiltrate the orc camp. You'll be disguised as an orc while you are near the orc camp and be able to complete all the tasks given by the orcs there. Daily quests: these are repeatable once a day for rep and gold, and more open for you as you attain new ranks. - neutral: if you are a gatherer, you can turn in stacks of leather, ore or plants gather and turn in crystals found on the local critters find fel glands off the critters in Shadowmoon Valley (same drop rate as the raptor hearts in Arathi ) and use them to poison peons pull dragonmaw transporters from the sky and retrieve the relics from them, turn in a stack for reward - friendly: you get a trinket! summon a netherwhelp to assist you while you are outside in shadowmoon valley can do all neutral chores go inside the mines to gather carts of ore go inside the mines to kill ravagers and flayers non repeatable quest - there's an orc near a netherwing dragon who will ask you to kill some murkblood broken non repeatable quest - kill slimes to find the murkblood escape plans to turn in - honored: you get another trinket! summon a netherwhelp to assist you anywhere outside can do all previous chores Booterang! the all time best quest ever. throw an old shoe at peons! make them work! non repeatable quest - go kill Balthas' big brother in Nagrand go kill Balthas' big brother's minions in Nagrand non repeatable quest - challenge the six top racers of the dragonmaw, race them on dragonback around the ledge (hint: fly nekkid, cause you're going to fall) - revered: you get even another trinket! summon a netherwhelp to assist you anywhere outside and +45 stamina can do all previous chores defend the scryer/aldor camp (coincides with your faction) - exalted: you're done! just survive Illadan's wrath and you get a dragon mount! - Eggs! you may turn eggs in anytime you find them. You can carry more than one at a time. This is the only non-daily repeatable quest. It only gives rep, no gold. Sha'tari Skyguard (Terrokar Forest) more to come Ogri'la (Blades Edge Mountains) more to come

    ::dumps sand down Brainah's shorts in a fit of jealously:: No fair! I'm stuck in summer classes while you get to lounge in the sun! I hope you don't get too sunburned.
  13. Woohoo! They're here! Who wants to do the grind to your very own dragon mount with me? You'll need to be 70 and have done the netherdrake quests in Shadowmoon Valley to start this, but that's all part of the fun. Let's see how many dragons we can have residing in the Crusher stables!

    ::hugs:: Take care, don't meditate too long in the emerald dream.
  17. I can cut this gem as well, but I'm not sure if this is the diamond that has the glitch with proc'ing correctly. In any case, I do know that Blizzard is fixing the problems with the diamonds for the next patch.
  18. You can now be a big strong level 70 Hordie. Also, Blood Elves and paladins are recognized members of the Horde.
  19. Aletia stands near the campfire, sipping from her wineglass as the story is told, nodding at the mention of the dead dwarf paladin. "Your spirit is strong. We will make a place for you in our camp."
  20. Woogah! With the change in leadership, there are changes to organization as well. The Warmongers will no longer be the class leaders of the clan. This was a good idea to have a main person that was known for their experience in the class to help all the others of their class, but the grunts rarely used their Warmongers, despite the Warmongers' efforts. Now the Warmongers are the raid and pvp leaders of the clan, the ones that have stepped up and lead their own instance runs or organized pvp battles. For the raid Warmongers, these will be the people you will find deep in Gruul's Lair, heroics and Karazhan, and who you can turn to for guidance about keying for instances and what runs are available. For the pvp Warmongers, these are the people who you'll find most often punting gnomes in the arena, or causing chaos in Warsong Gulch. They will be knowledgeable about the many aspects of battle and scenarios available in the pvp fields, including the arenas, and will help guide you on your own path to glory. Your new Warmongers are: Harne (pvp) Calendar (raid) Anyone who has shown leadership in either field can be promoted and added to this list. It is not limited to just two people, so get out there and show us all what the Crusher spirit is made of!
  21. I apologize for being in a constant state of catchup. The timing with my promotion to chief and the end of the school semester wasn't the best. Here is the current list of Elders. Verissi Kytae Smedlock Crikrunner Baracko Vrugz
  22. Well, I was trying to throw out ideas to see if people wanted changes. Nothing is written in stone. But thanks for speaking up since you're one of the few that do. Since I hear that people would prefer to keep meetings on Tuesday, I will do so, and perhaps limit them also to just once a month, to initiate new grunts. I was wanting to let peons in sooner, not having to wait potentially two weeks before they get admitted, since it typically takes us a few days to approve applications anyway before we tell the applicants they are accepted. I say we're not a raiding guild in the sense that I will never mandate specs, I won't deny a person's app just cause we've already got too many of one class, and no one has to show up for mandatory raids. I do want us to run the dungeons that we want though. I'm really getting the impression that most people don't know what they want or how to reach it if they do know, so now that my finals are over for this semester, I'll try putting my efforts more to setting some goals for the clan. As always, if there's something you'd like to see, let me know!
  23. I see nothing wrong with Harne's ingenuity in attacking a foe with an obvious height advantage that needs to be nerfed.
