  • Status Definitions

    Pending = New ticket

    In Progress = We are working on this ticket.

    Future = Ticket cannot be fixed now, or will be considered for future.

    Closed = Unable to reproduce, or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again. Also closed if a feature request and better discussed on forums.

    Fixed = Fixed!
