So long as you're laughing WITH me, and not AT me. Yeah, those were painful (but somehow fun and memorable) days, the ACMC run. Bludbeerd retired his rogue and created a Paladin tank (Sindridae) back in the opening days of Burning Crusade, and we have been leading raids ever since. Well -- I'm done with raid leading, but he's fantastic and we're all much better at raiding than we used to be. We learned a lot, as people and WoW players, in the days since ACMC. Moving servers and changing some things can do that. Scryll and Oriah! Good to see you fellas. And I guess ZuHu too. Heya Grimgor! Glad to hear you and the folks in Sons and Ghostfang are thriving in your endevors. As for me, Ive taken an indefinite hiatus from WoW, and am playing Age of Conan. I am having alot of fun over there with raiding and RP, but sometimes I still think back to raiding on WoW with the Crushers and my own guild, and remember many fond and humorous memories. I think its both the good times and bad times that can make raiding memorable, but the good times are more fun to remember of course! Just thought I'd pop in too to let the folks here know I have not fallen off the plant or anything:)

Its probably been apparent that my interest in WoW has been waning. I can't even get excited about the WotLK. Ive already told my other roleplaying friends that Im taking a break from the game, to focus on AoC more. I always knew a time would come that I would get tired of the game I guess, but Ive been playing about 4 years, which is a good run, yes? So I'm taking a break. Ive already told my roleplaying friends this. And other then occasional visits to various forums I probably won't be in game, even though Ive got the expansion ordered. Ive enjoyed all that the Skullcrushers have let me do with them, and met many wonderful friends. Thank you all for the great fun and teaching me so much. If a day should ever come that I return to WoW I hope can continue to adventure with you fine folks.

I seem to be having trouble currently in game with my chat window not showing me anything. No custom channels, tells, guild but I haven't tested party chat yet, I can't just go up and invite someone to a group if i can't tell them why im doing it..well though on that, I don't know if they are seeing anything I say. it says I'm joined into all the usual channels in the interface but I just can't see them

Well, talents are set so far it seems. Only now I can't see -any- chat in game. The chat bubble appears over the toon head but nothing appears in the chat window-_- No idea how to fix that since it seems I can't chat with anyone nor they me not even in tells. Ive tried relogging several times and its not fixing it. Seriously this really seems like more frustrations then its worth. I'll still try to do what I can tonight though.

Ok as of today, I'm trying now to redistribute my warrior's talent points before the raid tonight. However I keep getting booted only to come back and have the talents be reset. Is there something I'm not doing to set them?

I can't do Thursday. I had not had a chance to check back here and see what the plan was, so I didnt know you meant to run Thurs as well, so I went and made other plans that I really don't want to have to cancel. My appologies. ednesday however, I will be still be there as normal.

Found a nice little YouTube movie about the Gurtogg fight. Gurtogg Bloodboil-Positioning Its pleasant on the eyes because it is not being played back at super fast forward speed, and the person explaining the fight speaks clearly and concisely. Their raid kind of has a different positioning then we are using, kind of backwards from us but the strategy is the same. And for RoS I found this one wasn't bad either. Its played in normal speed but the explanations are in text.

think Ive got Jalzin all set. For his DPS gear, he's the helm glyph of ferocity, Nethercobra leg kit, and the shoulder enchant from Aldor. And the rest of his gear should be enchanted as well.

Ascoli, sorry for ducking out so fast last night. I admit I forgot to check, but now that I have checked, my Jewel Crafter Velamuna is able to make: Pendant of Withering Nature resistance neck. The Frozen Eye: Frost resistance ring. If any of the add tanks would like some made I would be glad to do that to help out.

Yeah its nice when you can laugh about something like that as long as you learn from mistakes. Long as the Paladin didn't keep on doing the stupid act that was causing the raid to wipe, I'm sure no one really cared. I kind of wonder if it wasn't staged though.

Aww I think Kalea is a pretty Tauren all the time! No make up needed. All the bulls go for the lovely Kalea! And actually Ive tried some of that Skinny Cow ice cream. It actually isn't that bad for low-fat products. Of course Im not all that picky when it comes to treats like chocolate Ice cream And I giggled when reading the motto "Have an appitite for life? Use both hands" I agree with Holy, there is more then one way to interpret that.

Is Jal going to be an add tank for Hydross? Just need to know so I can start making his resist sets. I would need to go to Botanica and get that cloak again. I probably had it but vendored it because I didn't know if I would ever need it. And what rings do you mean? My own JC might be able to make them too. edit: I might be able to donate some of the primals actually. I have a good deal of fires and life primals. Who do I send them too?

Don't say I didn't warn you. And for the love of god almighty, play the damned Gorefiend Simulator! If Cal's reading this, please place the link on page 1's post for all to see: http://www.ferox-horde.de/feroxtgs2/ Do the constructs in the actual encounter really move that fast? Or will they only move slow if you snare them with a lance or something? And in the actual game, tab targeting only goes between the nearest enemies in front of you. Seems like part of the challenge is staying ahead of the two front constructs. Also if you do chain them, wont it just break if you hit them again? From the video Bar posted it looks very challenging.

Greats on getting Shade down wish I could have been there. But you know Nephew's Graduation>Raiding. It was probably typical for that sort of occasion, but I did not end up getting home until well after 8:30pm. I look forward to returning tonight against what ever else we may face.

I -was- a regular with my spriest Velamuna, however, I will decline I think. My other Kara run that I do on Saturday, that I tank for, has now started to go on Sundays as well, and while the times would not overlap I don't want to run Kara twice in the same day. This will allow another shadow priest perhaps to go and begin getting some nice shineys. I wish you well and thanks for all the previous runs. They were fun. However so as to not leave that raid high and dry, I am offering to be a temporary fill in if there is ever a Sunday that you need to call on me. If the time does not interfere with my other Kara run I will be glad to help.

Yeah a poor quality video at best. I also find it annoying when they record a fight but have it playing a fast forward speed. Also the text does not remain up fast enough to read all of it at times. Seems this way for all the videos by the same submitter. Id love a more detailed example of the fight, and for upcoming bosses we've yet to tackle like ones in Black Temple. Too bad it seems like Tamzin hasn't done any BT boss "How to" videos. edit: Perusing through YouTube I found a pretty decent video on a the Naj'entus fight. Again not so good quality but the speed is normal. The instructions are shown in a marquee style scrolling from right to left but and go kind of fast. Though can always halt it and move the frames back if you missed something. Naj'entus Fight

I probably could have done better tanking. I tend to stick to old habits when tanking but i was doing what I could to hold aggro but some of you were topping my threat on the trash, and you know who you were But no one said I could improve so I assumed I was doing okay. Appologies for bailing before Mags, I just didn't know you were going to head to Mags right after and I had other plans. Glad to hear you got him down. I will be around next Wed when you do the two places again.

**HEADS UP!** Tuesday, June 17th I may not be able to make it to the raid. I just found out my boyfriend was able to take off of work in order for me to attend my nephew's HS graduation, so I'll be traveling that day and not sure what time I'll be getting home. But I am sure I will be back Thursday the 19th MY BIRTHDAY

If Illy can come too that'd be awesome, but of course I'm biased. We get to run together on Saturdays to Kara but I think he'd do well anywhere. He is smart, level headed and is familiar most with the rogue class.
