Heya Holy. I have a Tankadin Q for you. You sort of cover it in the Kara section. However the situation is slightly different. The Saturday Kara run I do now on my prot warrior actually has a paladin as my offtank, where as Jalzin is the Main Tank. Right now he just does not have the gear/HP/Armor to tank both Attumen and The horse. But he's getting there slowly, so Im MT Attumen since Jal is better geared. The Q is for Moroes actually. Your guide has the tankadin offtanking the adds in the corner. That sounds good but we only have two tank types in our run usually. So my paladin friend is the only one we have to be an offtank, unless another friend comes on his feral druid, which he has occasionally, but then we loose a Shaman totems. And sometimes that Shaman has to come on his priest to heal if a regular can't make it. So we can't always bring the druid. How would you recommend my paladin offtank to help my prot warrior in building threat on Moroes? As MT I pull Moroes off to the side well away from the CC. Jalzin doesnt seem to have alot of trouble building and holding threat. However my paladin friend sometimes does due to being blinded or stunned. Making it so he is not using spells to build threat. And sometimes inevitably, somone else tops him on threat, and I can usually tell thats happened when Jal gets stunned and Moroes goes rampant into the ranged dps/healers:( My tankadin friend has actually just registered here as a friend:) However he registered on his hunter's name, Kriojha. Hopefully he will behave himself

Thanks found it and went through and looked over the list and saw only a couple of things but i havent submitted it yet because I do not know approximatly how many badges I need. And I can't for the life of me find any where that any new badge vendor loot is listed or how many badges anything takes. Should I just leave it blank for now? And the things I did see would be for my main spec..not that mages have an offspecc though I guess^^

Training wise I can agree about some of the fights in MgT. Still kind of feels like for that place, even on normal (if your like me and only have companions that are still in Pre-Kara gear in some cases) is very CC dependant. So far I have only been able to run it on normal. As far as gear goes, not really much I found that I wanted on normal mode. The gear on normal mode seems more like side grades, or down grades in some cases for some of my friends who Ive been going with. Probably the only thing Id want is some dps plate bracers for my warrior which would be an offspec piece at that. You know Im up for trying it on Heroic on any of my characters though if you need a mage, tank or even a Shadow Priest!

Its as I suspected. The only Leatherworking pattern my own could use is the Crimson Hawk boots. However, he already has it..because silly me bought it off the AH a while back Though it was not one that Cal posted. One thing had wanted to ask Cal or whoever was appropriate alternativly was about Nether Vortex. Since I have aquired some Blacksmithing patterns that require these, I wondered if I could perhaps donate gold in order to get one or however many it takes to make a particular item. This item would not be for me of course, but I wanted to make that belt for someone but they are not in the raid. Thats why im willing to donate gold for them. Now of course I am fine with waiting until we get those patterns we've been waiting for, and making sure those are crafted first for the people who need them. Then if at such time I still need to make this belt then maybe I can donate however much gold would be appropriate. Of course I could also perhaps talk to Kadiana and have her make it for me my friend if you'd rather not have yet another person rolling on them? Also I would not mind some where later, down the road making the dps plate belt for my own warrior, The pattern I got most recently from Morgrim(sp?) However that can wait.

I guess its possible, they are saying in the credits that the Jania they kited to Org was a quest spawned version of her, and apparently with all the same abilities, as the one in Theramore. And its all on Kalimdore anyway. So probably could not get her to Undercity, since that is on a different server.

I want to come back to you guys. Im just a little depressed now. I don't know why our guild leader wants Scions to run the place EVERY Saturday -_- It would not be so bad if they had another tank who could possibly MT the thing besides Jalzin. (But everyone wanted to play DPS classes/specs -_-) Granted there are some folks working on tanks right now but that means for the next few months probably Im stuck because he doesn't want to bring in any strangers. Which I can understand. Having to go back and start all over is a HUGE step backwards for me. And believe me its frustrating wiping on friken Attumen 6 times! Its a starting raid, I have to keep telling myself, and that gear that drops I dont need but at least someone probably will, and its easy badges once they can start to match the pace of you all. You all have managed to do the bosses we couldn't do before because I wasn't there, and it feels like it was me holding everything back? And probably by the time I don't have to tank for Scions anymore you all will probably have moved on with your new tank to ZA. I don't want to worry about it but this kind of thing is so opportunistic in nature. If you find a new tank, I dont think I could rightfully just jump back in, as the other person would resent that.

Its been announced that there were some crafting plans that we've gotten lately have not been selling on the AH. Ive been unable to find where those are listed here if at all? If there was any that a leatherworker could make that makes an item suitable for a hunter, I would be happy to donate the gold to have it for my hunter/LW alt. I believe Cal said it was 200 gold right? Also was there anything else that the raid needed donations wise? Such as extra crafting mats for the patterns we are still waiting to get aside from the Vortexes. I also wanted to say my warrior is a transmute master(primal mights, Meta gem materials, etc) so if anyone needed any thing transmuted, I can contribute that way as well.

Finding my own replacements: I'll do what I can but most people I know who are in my own guild and group of friends are no where near being geared enough for anyplace after Karazhan yet. TK Adds: The dragon hawk adds seemed to immediatly do a wing buffet on the pull, and something did an AoE silence. So that both myself and Kelivus were having difficulty frost nova fast enough. We both mentioned something to that effect in Raid chat but it didnt seem like anyone even noticed. Its true Kelivus and I do not speak on TS for whatever reasons. I would if your server worked better for me though. But when we want to do our roles and give feedback, I feel like alot of what I type in raid chat seems to be missed. For example my BigWigs mod was glitching or something by continually poping up the dive bomb timer..even when we had died, resed and flown back in each time. Now I was trying to ask in raid chat how to stop that in the few spare moments before the next pull of the hawks on the sides. And I think Kadi had said something at one point to click somthing, but it was muffled because so many others were talking at the same time. And as such I could not get her to repeat what she said, and it was at that moment that Cal pulled. Its probably better I dont speak anyway, Id probably never get a word in edgwise. Alar fight: Like everyone else I seemed to have gotten phase 1 down, but am still working on how I can best move. Its hard for me to follow Alar as a target because Im almost constantly having to pan up and because the im on the floor there is not anywhere my camera can go further. So when she quickly gets behind me to move to another platform, I have to reset my camera to usual position to follow or I risk running in the wrong direction. And certainly never could DPS her while she was moving from 4 to 1, she always seemed to be behind me so I got the "target needs to be in front of you" spam It was the same trouble I had in Onyxia raids when she was in the air. Second Phase though, I had trouble following the two offtank targets. Just as it was difficult for Eigun to pick up the adds, (because they go in random directions) I had trouble getting to Harn or Eigun. And usually ended up having to either run through the middle where Alar was being tanked or around the sides and risk getting hit by meteors. Plus when the add dies, Harn and Eigun get blown back so far then I have to chase them down again to dps their next targets. Perhaps other ranged dps was having this same trouble but I sure as heck was.

Ah actually if it is Monday nights then I am already spoken for, but thats quite alright. Perhaps it is for the best and I can just wait until there is ever a time that we stop going to ZA on Monday evenings. We are slowly but surely conquering the place. Or if something else comes along thats alright too

You don't seem to have listed any specific night that you want this to occur. It might be important to know becasue not just any night will work for everyone. Presuming this is open to friends of the Skullcrushers, I would love to be able to bring my hunter too, however, Im already topped with raids (which I can't believe I let myself get into it that much:( ) I need sometime for myself and to spend with friends for questing/instances and so on, so Monday(ZA), Tues/Thurs(SSC) and Friday(Kara) nights Im already spoken for. I do know that Holyssa expressed intrest however if it conflicts with the Tues/Thus SSC raid then that is that of course. I am not sure I want to add yet another raiding night to my week

Yeah, this is why I'll likely never be able to go back to being DPS warrior and still see 10 or 25 man content. Because Jalzin is Prot, I might one day get to tank in places like that. And warriors maybe one of the most gear dependant classes, but I imagin dps warriors are even worse. They need top end gear to come close to the dps that mages, warlocks, rogues and enhance Shaman deal out.

I have already mentioned this to Cal in an in-game mail that on Thurs, Feb 14 I promised I would attend a retro ZA raid in order to help some folks in our roleplaying community, new to raiding get used to the scene, so that in time we might start doing our own Kara runs. I told him last week so I hope that is plenty of time to find a temporary replacement for me, as its only going to be that one night. And that was the only night that worked for a majority of folks as I also mentioned. Knowing my luck that will be the night you down Vashj but I wont mind it at all if you do. Or if not, I will be back and ready to go the following Tuesday

I presume those are all for the Trials of the Naaru quest series? I think I need some on my mage and warrior as well actually. I believe I knew you had these but for some reason we have not been able to get runs going. I think the problem is that alot of them are in some of the hardest of the heroics to do, Particularly Shatterd Halls, Steamvaults and Sethekk Halls. I have yet to go to Heroic Arcatraz but Im told its not too bad. The problem becomes finding more folks to make a balanced group. And a good group at that. I dare say if we can't find folks here who can come with us, we won't find anyone.

Alright I went in and played with the sound settings. I don't know if it makes much difference but I have been using Realtek AC97Audio for my sound. It was because I also use Ventrillo that originally got that I think. Now in checking where Cal's pics pointed out in the "Recording Control" panel, I don't have Advanced Options there. Nor was I able to find a Mic Boost option in the Playback-Advanced Audio Properties panel. The Mic volume is toggled all the way up far as it will go in the recording control panel. I wonder if maybe its my version of Windows possibly?

Well in light of the many adventures I run with CS regularly I am a regular user of your TS. And as many of you know, I am consistantly low volumed despite everything ive fooled with in my settings and because of this I usually don't bother talking at all. Id like to though. I feel comfy around most of you enough to speak my mind and certainly being able to communicate would help in the instances. Ive attempted to post my problem and ask for solutions on the main TeamSpeak web page forums. Sadly though it doesn't seem to be very active and of those that do view it appears my question is completly ignored there I wonder if anyone knows a better place to ask tech support questions reguarding TS? My points are that first off, Ive logged into other servers on TeamSpeak and have been told I sound fine. Ive adjusted my settings to "shout" status and still always sound soft. And that I wonder if it would help if re-installed maybe a newer version if there was one. I think that will be the next thing I will try anyway but I didnt want initially want to bother if there was no newer version out.

Very informative but was the background music by Yanni -REALLY- neccessary!? And the narrator sounded very petite and prim with cute accent and all All kidding aside its nicely done video. I wonder how she did it but she managed to get different aspects of the fight from different angles like at the bottom of the steps. Making it so we have a clear image of where we should be at certain points. It does seem super technical that fight and hopefully we'll get some victories ourselves. But I also believe we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves too much now, we still have one mor boss to learn before we can even start pounding the Vaj. (yeah I went there too )
