    Build 9038.

One of the best new shaman spells is Hex. We can now turn a humanoid or beast into a frog for 30 seconds. It's payback time for those trolls that frogged me in the Sunken Temple!

    Patch?

What is this 821MG "WOW-2.4.3-to-3.0.1-TCB-USMX-Update" that my Blizzard Background Downloader is busy downloading?
  3. Since I don't have alts, I'll be sticking with getting the shaman to 80. You all are going to need someone to heal all those new Death Knights.
  4. *salutes Karrock and Kafka* Great job of leading Group 1 last night, Douche!
  5. Happy Birthday Smed! Happy Birthday!

The dog is adorable, but I love the look on Gabe's face. He obviously can't understand why you took Sebastian away from him! It's obvious they're going to be great buddies. I'm so glad you finally got your puppy!
  7. I swear, Baracko, I've practiced that sim a million times and can always get them there. The one and only time I had to do it in game I found it to be a whole different exercise. I just hope I can hide in the back and Bloodboil will ignore me. *goes off to practice some more*
  8. [quote name='Orcala' date='Sep 2 2008, 02:44 PM' post='64798' Well me and Holy will always be here slackas! Unless you're bowling or afk? *morphs into a wolf and heads for the hills to avoid being bitten by the bear*
  9. The three of us had a lot of fun doing this quest and the Amphitheater of Anguish. On a side note, I rather like the look of the couple of pieces of armor I'm trying out for the stats. It looks like "real" armor would look. No more wrenches on the shaman shoulders.
  10. The Tauren sized version of the Crimson Cranium Crusher. *whispers: Mine's bigger than Holy's*

    For Kalea

I'm glad you think that highly of my perfect cowly figure, Uglutz, but just because I live in Las Vegas doesn't mean I'm a retired stripper. *grins*
  12. Qiris, your original picture, of Eddie lounging in the red chair, is what Baracko looks like when he gets back to the camp with new loots that he wants everyone to be sure and see. Haven't you noticed that raised platform outside his tent where he can sit to make sure all returning clan members see him? I kinda like Holy's drummer kitty for the windfury. He's far too controlled to be Devil Kitty, Lith. You just feel the hate building in his voice as the raid progresses. Now maybe when it boils over, he's Devil Kitty, but it doesn't last long before he just walks away in disgust. *ties Baracko's tail to his tent pole*

    For Baracko

Last night, Holyssa, Kadi, Tyrandius, Maube and I ventured into a couple of the dungeons in Northrend. We found these lovely weapons and it was suggested that I respec long enough to take a picture just for you, Baracko. Let me see you drool, please.
  14. *hugs Kadi* You know that goes for a any Crusher that needs a few heals. Of course, if Burana's around, I'd be glad to heal her. There isn't anything a couple of shamans can't accomplish! *winks* Interestingly enough, I've helped a lot of people from both Horde and Alliance in the expansion. Waldo and I have discussed the fact that people seem a little more open to helping one another, and not being jerks, as we all travel through the beta test.
  15. Happy Birthday indeed! You're still a kitten! *big hug* MomCow Happy Birthday!

    New World

When I first started playing in this world, my daughter's guild had a bunch of us posting about our daily adventures, in character. It's been quite a while since I really kept it up, but I think it'll be a good place to record my impressions. Taking a little different tack than Holyssa and Waldo, I'm going to start posting my impressions of my trip through Northrend in character. While I didn't do it while I was going through the Howling Fjord, I think I'll try to keep it up to date by posting every couple of days from this point forward. If anyone is interested, it'll be here. http://motherkalea.livejournal.com/

    Yes....its true

I should finish the Howling Fjord today and think I'll swing over and go through the Borean Tundra. Being 72, it might be a tad easy for me, but to me, the object of the beta is to see, and try, as much as possible. That being said, I'm finding that there's very little gear that's better than what I'm using for offspec at the moment. I can solo just about anything if I'm careful not to pull the whole place at once. Those picking up gear as they enter the world will find it more challenging, but ultimately more rewarding. The world is beautiful and I'm impressed with the lore. The reasons make sense to me, and a lot of the quests in the Howling Fjord fit into my idea of Tauren lore. I don't know why, maybe because it's so new and different, but I have enjoyed the look of the villages and fortress of the Vykrul. The Norse influence appeals to me. As to the shaman trees, I like seeing haste and spellpower on the gear. We should try to schedule a time when we can get 5 of us together and begin by trying Utgarde. I did talk to someone who's T6 geared that tanked it without wipes with only 3 people.
  18. Waldo, any time you need some back up heals for those multi-mobs, just give me a shout. *hugs* There's nothing more important I can do with my time than keep you boys alive.
  19. Try the Argent Covenant channel too. There are still some really good folks there.

You're just determined to make even make hate you, aren't you, Uglutz? *cries*

    Yes....its true

I spent my first hours in the beta yesterday. I spent most of the time putzing around with the Death Knight. The improved graphics in the new world really blew my mind. I found myself just stopping and LOOKING at things. That being said, I must admit that Tauren on horses, properly scaled, makes me a very happy camper. It's the little things that matter.

    Kalea!

*grins* Glad you like them. The quilt under the cat is one I made. One of the things I do when I'm not being Kalea.
  23. *boggles and hides the number of vanity pets she has in her bank/bags*

    Kalea!

He could make those boxes for nothing, but the shipping costs might make them prohibitive. Here are a couple of pictures of our cat houses, including His Royal Majesty. Jay needs a mansion downstairs and a condo in the bedroom, of course.

    Moonsong

With the group mentioned above, even on Heroic, he was a piece of cake.
