Congrats Fabll, I hope you didn't spend as much as Verissi did to get it...that poor fella spent hundreds of gold dying to those demons and we would see him kiting that last demon in Silithus from the SW corner of the map through every single hive - sometimes he would stop and check his mail as he ran through Cenarion Hold with that big bad demon hot on his tail. I did an enormous amount of pvp over the last week. These are the classes I have the most difficulty with: Mages, Priests, Warlocks and bubbledins (mainly because pallys live long enough so that his backup arrives). I still think the best class to pvp with is the shaman, they can beat any class with ease in a 1vs1 fight, except for rogues who get the stunlock thing going (and no class survives that). I get annoyed too, I easily remember the many times when I was stunned silly until dead. The fact remains - people cannot handle losing, and they remember their loses and how it happened, and they scream "unfair!". I too think it's unfair when I am kited by a shaman, or when they know they are fighting me to put up a thorn kit knowing full well how badly that will hurt me because I am one of the few who want to duel wield instead of using a big 2hander. I still cringe if a mage finds me alone guarding a flag in Alterac Valley, the outcome is predictable. Perhaps I need to learn more in order to beat a mage, but right now, an expert mage just flat out owns my ass. I think you should worry about how your class does overall and try it out before saying anything. Their stun might be the only thing that gives them any hope of chance against a shaman. Shamans have been at the top of the pvp ladder for a long time. Let's see how this all pans out first, then make judgements. Rel

I'll also be returning to MC raids so as to keep the Skullcrusher spirit going for as long as needed. Possibly Zaknafiens, he seemed to be the most active in sending me psts during last weeks event and how we should proceed. The mats for the speed enchant on the boots was very inexpensive, and I was able to send him two pieces of the mats needed. I will check with the other warriors and see where they are at with that. I would ask that all warriors put a speed enchant on another set of boots, they can be the boots of might or anything else (I recommend stamina enchant on boots of might, and then putting the speed enchant on another set of boots). Also, I have a warrior setup for the next boss based on what I have observed. I will go over that with you tonight if you are available. Again, I may disappear suddenly so it's important we cover it. A few things: 1) In order to give new warriors an opportunity to MC, I will be rotating myself out. Last night was my last raid there. The officers will decide who leads the warriors for MC from this point forward. 2) Only 1.5 weeks left (scheduled) for our baby to be born. Therefore, I may disappear suddenly. I have no plans on leaving CS so this shoud suffice as fair notice to my sudden disappearance. 3) I have just been informed that I will need to participate in a teleconference on Friday evening, starting at 5:00 p.m. I expect everything to go smoothly and I should be in BWL as soon as possible (I'll park myself outside there). First it starts out friendly, then slowly generates into mud-slinging with no one changing their mind. Well I'd be happy to help you Visskar whether it's on my warrior or eventually my priest. God knows, I owe alot to this guild and it's members for what they have done for me. Thanks so much everyone. Thunderfury is truely an amazing weapon. I tried it out on Twilight Lords and killed them with ease (it kills so fast that I don't lose hps when Crusader procs). The cyclone affect is awesome, mobs stand there waiting for their turn to hit while stuck in it. I tried it on a group of twilights (Prophet) with 5 (I think) mobs protecting him. They all went down. I then tested it on 60 elite bugs in Silithus, I can do two or three without breaking for a hp rest or bandaging or using a healing potion. I really want to test this in MC and see how well it holds agro. Amali if you want to post the pics please do so. Sorry I didn't respond if you contacted me, the screen was purple in psts. Thanks! I have no problem with it. From a business standpoint, it makes sense. They will decrease the amount of complaints about how they should have waited until the software was fully ready before releasing it, and they will avoid the hundreds of existing exploits. Right now, they have a telephone-book-sized punchlist. The TL has reviewed the punchlist, calculated the hours for each "critical" update, and notified upper management of the realities that it will take 90 days unless they want to place developers on overtime (which they are probably doing). Only the niave will think Blizzard can simply hire more people to reach a target deadline. Deadlines need to be made realistic, within budget parameters, and without burning out key developers who require no training on the project. Anyone old enough should remember what happened to Atari when they released Pac-Man for the Atari 2600 just to make the Christmas deadline. It really was a beta product. I really want to see a fully finished product with only a few bugs, and not see the market flooded with items and gold a la Diablo due to player discovered exploits. Rel

Was about to call it. Then I sent a pst to Evangelina "Are you leaving". "Yes, but I'll stay if you stay". So I said to myself - to hell with it, let's give it one more for the gipper (Crik). He agreed to do the Lords earlier (congrats to Kytae for a nice epic ring). So I said let's go. We did it, awesome night. Onyxia down 1st attempt, even with a boatload of fears. 2 Lords downed, no wipes. Kurinaxx, the General, Buru (opps I thought this was a wipe but the dps was so high we got it), then Moam after 2 wipes. So only 2 wipes all night...excellent job everyone! Rel

No worries Oriah, everyone has a bad day. I snapped at the healers last night and I know they are doing the best they can. Naturally, they don't want to heal too soon and pull a guiloSPLAT. The irony - I remember playing my priest and asking the warrior repeatedly to lay a sunder on each of the three mobs or when I healed him, he would have 1 and I would have 2 elites to tank!!! Nothing changed, my equipment turned red at about 1/4 the way in the instance. So I understand how the priests feel. I hope we can find a happy medium in preparation for BWL, and get the timing down so the warriors aren't using consumables so often. Back to ZG tho - I'm interested in going after the bloodlord and jin-do for the idol. Can these two be done without having to fight any other bosses in there? If so, does anyone think there would be interest in doing just these two? I plan to rotate myself out for other warriors who need the bosses. Rel
