Poor senators. They can't pander to one segment of America without offending the rest of it. Kerry needs to realize that he's potentially running things on the macro-scale -- the ideology is what's important to the voters, not events on the micro-scale of our lives. He needs to use big positive words like: cooperation, peace, democracy and welfare. Instead he's talking about how kids should go about their lives. The Republican party is full of people who want government Out of domestic affairs.

I must apologize in advance that the movie is short. I had much more footage but half was lost by my harddrive in bad sectors or bitrot or something. According to one of the posts, many fights are currently balanced around the instant debuff curing. With this change, the fights *should* be rebalanced without it. In other words, debuffs should be less painful because it will take longer on average to remove them. I personally don't use decursive - I use the CT_RA debuff curing. Hopefully CT_RA will incorporate a click-to-cure feature with colored-coded raid bars. I think that would actually be an improvement over mashing a button for 5 minutes. Now that's tedious.
