Oriahtundra Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 http://www.thottbot.com/?s=The+ring+of+blood Seems finding a group for it is quite hard, with a good grop makeup it quite easy(Wr/druid/rogue/priest/priest did it pretty easy) The last guy hits HARD like 2k non crit Mortal strikes, the twins you jus need to have an off tank while the other gets DPSed down. The Shaman self rez is actually not a rez but a full heal, wound poison or mortal strike when he goes down the first time will bring him back at 50% the 2nd time around. Everything else is pretty wuss. Main part about it is everyone has to kill everything once. And with all the Alliance usually there you have to spam the hell out the quest giver. So may take a lil while depending on how fast we all can get the quest. But as you can read the gold and Xp is quite nice. 2 healers( for the last guy) and able tank i think is best way to go rest of the makeup dont think would matter much. lvl 65 you can get the quest so if we can get 2 groups or others thatneed it can get everyone done at the same time. And if you're in a group with other folks that have the quest, just make sure everyone turns theirs in before you accept the next challenge, that way the group only has to fight every boss once. If you've got a group of five people who haven't done it, you don't have to run each fight five times. When someone in your party initiates the event, if you're eligible, you will get a pop-up asking if you with to join the initiator on the quest. The same thing happens with escort quests these days IIRC. The UI has a default share function on those types of events, basically. So if things are done right, you only have to do each fight once for your whole party. Chances are things won't be that perfect if you're having to fight a bunch of Alliance to turn in the quests and initiate the next in the line, though. I respecced from full pvp arms / furry to hybrid Arms and Protection, I still have Mortal Strike. I am glad to have last stand back, and a shield wall that lasts 16 seconds. Then me and Larok duoed the first guy early this morning. So there is 3 there with Gra for a group. Alliance was beeing nice and helping out for the most part.
