Nawt Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 Greetings Clan, What a pleasant surprise I found in my inbox last night from none other then Momma Kalea. (Hugs Mommy!) With the changing of the seasons, I not only loose my fur but occasionally a few brain cells as well. It took a little bit of work to get the passwords and permissions completed to arrive here but I have persevered! I am the Nawtay kitty your mother warned you about. Feral by nature but cuddly just the same. I rarely bite unless provoked but it's usually just love nips. /purr Having studied abroad, I am sure I will need some tutoring on learning to speak the Orc language and interpreting it correctly. Please be patient as I make this transition. Feel free to laugh at me as I laugh at myself daily. I can only imagine the learning curve and how badly I am going to fail initially. Should make for some interesting conversations indeed. I know a few of you already. Wakin..... Hide now my friend! Kalea of course (Find any good poles lately Mom?) . I'm very anxious to learn about the rest of you. Background info: Out of game I'm a 40 yr old mother of three sons. Ages 10, 17 and 19. Yes there was an OMG it's positive You gotta be kidding me. How did THAT happen?? (I swear it was Osmosis.) I'm a Registered Nurse in a busy ER here in the boring state of Indiana. Professional by day, raving lunatic by night. I work random days 9am to 9pm. On my days off I am WOWing someone with my quick wit and silly banter. /pounce Nawtay: 70 Feral druid. Better DPS kitty then Tanker bear. A bit rusty on both atm as i've been working up my alter ego NawtNyse (70 Afflic Lock that I really do enjoy.) I've made it through Kara and into Gruul's but no father then that. I'm very curious to see anything and everything new. I'm not a loot whore or greedy by any stretch. Usually one of the first to volunteer to help anyone with darn near anything. I get peed on, puked on, pooped on and more. As for da shinies... I am woman make me purr, I mean hear me roar (Yeah thats it! /meow) I spend it as fast as I earn it. I'll just stand guard at your tent and look cute and adorable. *Curls into a big ball of fur and takes a nap* I'm still learning my place and trying to not screw up and embarrass myself to horribly. If anyone is going to break the chat rules it's going to be me and not know I did it. I've never really investigated the role play scenario in game so this is a learning experience. Trying to keep track of which channel to say what in is a bit intimidating for me at the moment. I am generally NOT this quiet. Kalea and Marriana can attest to that. My goals are pretty simple really: Run some heroics/instances/raids. Make some new friends. Generate a lot of laughter and help out when I can. I really want to see some new places. I'm not greedy nor a hard core elitist by any stretch. I am; however, a very curious kitty. I'm looking for a permanent home where I can be social, laugh and just have fun. I've been down Drama lane, visited Stagnantville and took a hiatus into Heartbreak Ridge. So, I was absolutely thrilled to get Kalea's invitation and the opportunity to join the Clan. I really didn't expect to be accepted as I do work some odd hours and can't always be available to raid as I'd like. This pleasure is all mine. Give me a week or two to learn the dynamics of the guild and the personalities behind it and you'll soon see one feisty kitty on your hands. I've recently leveled up a 70 Afflic Lock who will be coming over soon as well. She is very under geared at the moment due to lack of being able to find people willing to run those regular instances or five thousand group quests that Blizzard felt was a good idea.
