Typically ( read as I did not research this today) about 20-40 dollars, depending on the model you need. Calli- is it a laptop you have or a desktop? -Mareak

Ventrilo Server for PGoH Ventrilo Client ver. 2.3.0 can be downloaed at: http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php ( a free cleint ) The download and install are fairly straight forward, so I will not go into details here, as they do; should you have any questions or problems; on thier website. What I will go into is the setup to connect to the PGoH Ventrilo server: After you have succesfully installed and started the client From the main screen on the Right Hand sides are little " -> " buttons. User Name ______________________ -> Server ______________________ -> Bindings ______________________ -> On the one for NAME click on that -> and then click on NEW. You will have to make a name for yourself! I am asking that you go with your main characters name, allthough you could make an entry for each of your Ulitma characters, so others will know which they are talking with. The other entries on this screen are not necissary, the Phonetic is fun to play with: "pee ge o h" sounds just as you would expect a computer to pronounce our guild name! after your entry is done, click OK, and back to the main screen you go. Next we do the SERVER -> and again here click on NEW Here you can make a freindly name for the server entry, I stuck to PGoH Ventrilo, but it can be whatever you would like, in this field. Now we come to the details, and there really is not much here to detail... HostName or IP: fixxit.dyndns.org Port Number: 3784 password: speakuo then click on OK. This will bring you back to the main screen, where if you would like to make additional entries for your other characters, simply repeat the steps above for each of them, and duplicte the entries for the server. Now all you do is click on the CONNECT button, and you should see the Welcome screen! IF a firewall message pops up, you will have to enable/allow it to go thru if you wish to use the Ventrilo application. That should be it...I hope to hear ya'll soon!! -Mareak

Did some shopping, found that Legendary Scroll of Smithy goes from anywhere between 300k to 950k across all shards. On Catskills it sells for 500 -> 800k. In Luna one shop is called Cats Mall and the vendor is called "bod rewards" towards the southwest corner, on the north side of the walk way...bunch of white robe vendors with 2 green soul stones towars the back...

I found this yesterday while browsing around on Stratics, I found this http://links.stratics.com/Ultima_Online/Tools_and_Utilities/ and an application called GuildBoss. (found under Miscellaneous ) I was intrigued so I downloaded and played around with it for a while..I liked it. It is still "young and tender" meaning there are some quirks in it, (do not use the save as feature) it does have allot of potential, with email, and even ICQ integration. It also will update a websites database ( I do not know much about this, I did not try it out, I am but going simply what was reading in the options panel ) I thought I would mention it here, and this application may not be for everyone, I see how it could be extremely useful. I thought it was supposed to be (almost) everynight at 10pm...but that was too aggresive of a schedule. I know we have been there quite a few times, but I do not think it was scheduled, just when it seemed right. This was for the Tavern at GaleHaven, I think Wednesday night we went to a totaly different RP bar, not far from the Yew moongate. (I forget the name of that one) And now Danellie who was doing so well from her income at GalHaven set up her own danceing bar! I do not know what she is going to name it, or when it might officially open, but I am sure it will bring smiles to those who find it!!

On May 4th 2006 I attented my first House of Comman Chat. It was a disscussion on Publish 40 I was quite interesting, and in some cases quite detailed. Very much so... anyways... I did copy the text of the entire session, and checked that against what was posted on the website, they seem pretty much the same, they did edit out all the *so-n-so comes and goes* which is fine. They did have all the answers and questions there, including the second one I asked about the buff-debuff wiget it is called. And I have since played with it and this widget does indeed go almost everywhere, in the 2d cleiint I cannot get it to go ABOVE the screen line, but anywhere to the side or below it... My first question however, went completely unanswered and un posted in the chat, which was If it was laste enough now, to learn what the “Surprise” is... I will take it that it is not yet time. ;-( Ahh-Well we shall soon find out though!!! I came out of the Britan moongate the other day. I met two individuals standing there, obviously NOT saying anything to each other... I could cut the silence it was so thick it was deafening. They had been having a disagreement of some sort I speculated. After a very short while the one fellow rode off, however the other and I talk for a short bit, when out of nowheres *THIS* red robed guy appeared and said: !! I explained to [GM], how I could not help pass this "Kodak Moment" up, and he just laughed in acceptance... I thought it one of the more funny things I had actually run across..

And Steel is not the only Ancient to visit us recently. Yesterday, the Pater Imperium also made a short return to Castle Olympus !! Perhaps some short visits in the future could become more frequent....

I am sorry to hear about these troubles...and I hate not having a "solution" in my pocket for when people ask for help...but here is what i do have to offer, I know it is legal to video tape (read as web cam recording ) as long as there is NO audio being recorded. The fact the landlord comes in with out permission is illegal, I feel he wants the dogs out, to make this easier for himself. I am unsure why he wants in to begin with but without the dogs that would be easier for the landlord, whatevere the reason is, I know you do not want that.. This is my suiggestion to you: buy a cheap webcam, install it on your computer, ensure the power light is on, not necessarily recording, but indicating that it is ON: and have a little sign next to it, for example: written to yourself as a reminder: "I am being recorded to that website"... or something like that... this way if/when the landlord is there and reading this it will indicate that his presence is being recorded, and he will not know where the recordings are.... If you want to actually record thats up to you, but I am unsure of how to record to a device that the webcam is not physically attached to...my thinking is this: the old trick of "Beware of Dog" even though there was no dog...kept people from going in in the first place... anyways...just my unformatted thoughts on this... OH, and just be cause we grow weary of "____", does NOT mean we are done with "_____" I would be prepared to move, in this case, you have some time to do some looking around and re-searching... Take the good and leave the rest. -TimJ
