Kaatya, I normally don't wear LRC because Im known for standing in a crap load of monsters and withering them away from friends in trouble, but most people I know DO wear them to save regs, I bring 200 of each, including necro if I use Lukkan, and really never run out. And, yes FC/FCR is a staple on my mages. If you bring a tamer an LRC is nice, cuz you can help heal the passing necro with a horde of monsters on his butt!!

  6. The ethereal lord Strider emerges from the shadows to show himself on the mortal plane for the first time since crossing over. Lukkan the Black bows to his knees in reverance. Lukkan's path has strayed greatly since he last saw his mentor, and an embarassed feeling came over him. "Lukkan, ole friend, I see your path of life has brought you full circle....finally. When I began teaching you the Arts, I must admit, this is exactly how your path was planned." Lukkan gazes up to Strider in amazement. How could he have planned THIS path for him.? "The Black Arts have haunted these lands for quite sometime. The Council wanted to see what kind of mage would be, if Both Black Arts and White Arts were combined in one person. But there was risks. This person would have to have a high amount of honor and fortitude to be able to adhere to the knowledge of Necromancy but yet not be drawn into. I, Lukkan, saw this in you. Although I must admit, it was a close call, we almost lost you to Mordoth." "This was all planned?," asks Lukkan. "Aye, and your final test of that was your Will to leave the powerful Mordoth and return to the White Arts. But your tests are not complete. Now you must complete your training in the White Arts. I will appear to you periodically to advise you on your training. I welcome you home, brother, to the circle of White Mages. Wind is your home now, again, and all the resources of text and training are once again available to you. From this point, until you reach an Elder status within the Council, you are no longer to be known as Lukkan the Black. Now...you will be called, within these walls....Lukkan the Grey. The Council of Mages applauds and rise to greet their brother in Arcane Art once again. As the Council disperses and begins talking amongst themselves. Strider takes Lukkan aside to speak with him alone. "Luk, I must prepare you for what lies ahead. The Council did not forsee you gaining such a high level of knowledge in Necromancy. They will watch your every move. Every step you make in this life from now until your Whitening, someone will be there. This Necromancy is a tricky and evil ridden skill, they wont trust you at first . Im entrusting you once again into the hands of the Purple Guardians of Honor. I WARN YOU, Lukkan the Grey. Stray from us once again, and the wrath you will see knows no equal!" Lukkan lowers his head and bows to Lord Strider. "Your training begins here, tomorrow at first light. The Council has a few quests for you. With that said Striders image begins to fade, and Lukkan vows to himself, never to lose the faith of his mentor again. The path of Whitening begins.
  7. I realized my sig was not working and found out my host has shut down and stupid me forgot to save a copy of it. ANyone good at creating sigs and/or know of a free host I can use again??
  8. Tass this may be a tall order but I could surely use a 110 mage, i thought I had eaten it before I left but Im showing only eval and med, musta left it in the houses that fell.
  9. Sounds great, now since today is friday, we can try and put it together tonite or, since this was short notice kinda, I can get things ready and we can start next friday, whenever we can have the greatest attendance.
  10. After my departure from UO 8 months ago, I used to hold a PvP event for guildmates. I'm aware there is alot of new faces so Im gonna repost the rules of the event here, and if I get a good response, we'll take up this event again. Last time we had these events they were real fun and we always had a great turn out. Now, for those of you not into PvP, I ask that you justread the rules. This might actually seem kinda fun for you. ROE: 1.GM armor only. this isnt necessarily to cut an advantage, but to save insurance money, only insure your jewelry. 2. This is a team event, 2 teams (depending on the turn out) EVENLY split as best as we can. For example, one team wont be ALL warriors and the other team all mages.......We will split up warriors/mages etc. as evenly as possible. 3. One team will wear white robes, other team wears purple robes. Here is the object of the game. First team to successfully capture all opposing team's robes, wins that round. Now that means, you kill someone but have to run off because his team his on you, and they retrieve the robe, now you better get that guy. So its not necessarily a kill that matters, but getting the robes. 4. The rules in the codex about once your dead you are dead for 30 minutes does NOT apply to this event. You can rez your teammates and they can rejoin the fight. BUT READ THIS PART WELL.....If someone has died, more than likely someone else has his robe. This has NEVER happened but just a word of caution. If anyone attempts to rezkill, I'll drop this event in a heartbeat. Like I said it has never happened because we are a guild of honor. I was asked to allow rezzing due to the next point I'll make, but it makes me nervous to have rezzing in this. So remember if someone is being rezzed, more than likely he doesnt have a robe, so NO REZZ KILLING. Now the person rezzed CANNOT enter battle until he has a robe to wear, so use your party messages if your team has retrieved your robe. If it has been captured by the opposing team, that player is out for that round. The player attmepting to ressurect is fair game though, so be fast:) 5. Are tamers allowed to play? Absolutely, with conditions that is. No pet stronger than a unicorn, and only one pet per tamer. This was something I was opposed to until we did it and it was real fun!! Just remember to control your pet once a round has ended. Those with bad karma, them Unis and KiRins love to eat us!! 6. I have a very safe area that is perfect for this that Kodoz and Logan had brought to my attention. Ill get with one of them for a rune there and show you all the spot upon request. Its in trammel of course, T2A I believe little to no spawn, plenty of run room. 7. I used to offer prizes and gold to the winning team, but since my loss of houses, I dont really have anything of worth to offer just yet. But if this becomes a staple in our guild, I will surely get with the leaders and see what we can do. Last time I had donations and such, and the winning team recieved 300k in gold to split, and a 110 PS a piece. Of course since this is a fun event for the guild, the team with less wins recieved a 110 PS a piece also 8. Post any questions or suggestions here, and let me know if your interested. We held these on Friday nites as an alternative to the crowded dungeons and such, but anytime we can have the most available is great. I started this event when I realized we had a few members interested in learning PvP basics, but need a safe environment in which to practice. This is NOT dueling, its similar to what you'd encounter in Fellucca PvP, minus the lost insurance, looting, and such. Another point.....when this was popular the last time we held them, artifacts were not spawning properly so only a select few in fellucca had them. I'll allow artifacts and see how it goes, but remember, this is a guild event in trammel, so no need to waste money on insurance. Let me know if your interested!!
  11. I just wanted to formallt post my sincere thanks to all who have helped me get back on my feet. The kindness IM being shown from everyone now reminds me of the early days when Prometheus and Balandar used to help me out of Shame, andwhen Borg and Wolf used to teach me the honor line. It been a long time since I felt this eagerness to be in PGoH again. You new leaders have definitely portrayed leading by example and Im so damn proud to back in PGoH. Hudson,Kaatya,Nenia,Bishop, and everyone else who Ive interupted in game to help me out, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Strength and Honor!!!!

  16. I dont understand this at all, this doesnt sound like the previous expansions that open new lands and new monsters. How wil this affect those that wish not to expand.? Anyone care to shed light on this?
  17. The Old necromancer steps from his dragon, aching from the long journey to the City of Wind. His travels back to the land of Honor has brought him upon Wind, the City of Mages, to test his skills of the White Arcane Arts. Tis been a long time since he has used the White Arts, opting for the Black Art of Necromancy through his travels in Fellucca. But coming home to Olympus has found his heart yearning for all things good, to prove himself to his guildmates that Evil no longer guides his heart and actions. Once shunned by the White Mages, Necromancers now have access to the the great city, but tested, and watched closely, for they are still not trusted totally. Upon proving his proficiency in the Arcane Arts, will give him and the Ancient Mages of Wind, peace of mind, and a step in the right direction of Honor. Lukkan was brought up as an apprentice to the Ancient Elder Strider, guided into the Arts, tested, again and again, and was granted the title of Grandmaster Lukkan the Grey. Twas at this point, the stubborness born into his family reared its head, and Lukkan, not telling his Master Strider, set out to vanquish every passing evil entity he found, one by one, guild by guild. Seeing the people of Fellucca suffer to thieves, murderers, and the Black Mages tore his heart apart. Long conversations with Pater Borg, then Emperor, and his Master Strider could never fully convince him that there is a greater strength in numbers. To leave the Guardians would surely lead to nothing good, and only harden his heart that much more. Strider knew he would leave, and he knew this lesson would forever change his young apprentice. But the will of man is the strongest magick alive. He could only hope that threw his Legendary proficiency of the Arts, he could closely watch his young disciple. The land of Fellucca were filled with anguish, poverty,despair, and evil. Through Lukkan's travels, his killings became less of Honor and the fight for right, and moreso a way of life. He began surveying the lands of the poor, asking and investigating the victims and searching out for these criminals. As time grew on, he began killing anything he saw even slightly resembling evil. He started killings people he believed COULD end up Evil later on. After a bloodbath in the lands of Yew, killing innocent people just to lessen the likelyhood a murderer would get them first, a flash of light appeared, blinding Lukkan, dropping him from his mount. It was his Master Strider, in a vision. "Lukkan, I can no longer sit by idly and watch as you destroy what you came to save. It hurts me to see this happen to you, but a man's will is the strongest magick, remember those words? Your will has turned to evil and must be abolished. The Council of Mages will seek you out, I suggest you leave your possession to your family, for when they find you, you will cease to exist." And in a flash, the vision was gone. When Lukkan regained his sight and stood up, he was surrounded, by the faction Council of Mages. Lukkan disrobed his Grey cloak, knelt, and closed his eyes. The seven Elder Mages raised their hands and in blinding speed, ended the life of Lukkan the Grey. 25 years later, a new land was found, Malas. Founded by the Ancient Necromancer Mordoth, and protected by the Paladins of Luna. To combat this Good, Mordoth traveled the lands of Fellucca, animating the Undead and granting certain ones a breath of new life. Lukkan was chosen as one. The only catch to this was he must live out his life as a Necromancer, wreaking havoc on the paladins whenever he could. Which was how he lived for the next 50 years. Constant spell casting by his former Master Strider, Lukkan began through the years to realize what he had become, and how he had let down the entire Purple Guardians of Honor, for they had given him the opportunity to leave the peasant life in Trinsic and help fight for Honor. As Lukkan reached legendary status in the Black Arts, he finally got the strength to subdue the spell Mordoth placed on him and finally ascaped the grasp of Mordoth and Umbra, and fled to his Master Strider. But the years of casting for Lukkan's life had drained Strider. Drained him yet gave him the ultimate reward, eternal life has part of the life force that flows through all White Mages. Never could Lukkan repay his Master for his ultimate sacrifice, but stepping into Wind, and rejoining the Guardians, was the right step, the only one he could make. Lukkan steps onto the pentagram guarding Wind, and in a swirl of blue light, transported to the Inner Sanctum. As his head clears from the magick. He looks up to see the Council of Wind, and a figure glowing in the brightest white light ever seen by human eyes. "Finally my son, your return has been looked forward to for many years now. Your will brought you here, though the path was harder than it should have been, now.....you're tests, if passed, will bring you to the Elder status, the White Mage. But heed this warning!!! You fail us again, we will deliver you ourselves to Mordoth, and that, my son, will be your final resting place." Lukkan squints to see who this figure was speaking to him. "Aye, Masters, but....I see the Council...but....I dont recognize you." The blinding light start to fade as the figure hovers closer. With a gasp and falling to his knees, Lukkan makes out the figure. "Strider!! My Lord....is it....you........................

  19. Big Thanks to Nenia for the ice white clothing, nd the very nice armor pieces, also like to thank Hudson for fortifying powder and the Doom weap and some aarmor he gladly gave up to me also. The generosity of this Guild knows no bounds. I look forward to helping anyone out in anyway I can.

  21. Those 2 things IM needing to start traveling the lands, Ice white cloth I thought I could find scouring vendors, but all I could locate was ice blue. And be it known when I post here I am willing to pay. High resist armor, in particular medable gorget and gloves with high fire, cold, and/or poison. Also thought Id let everyone know who doesnt know me what chars I have and are always available to help in anyway I can Necro/Mage (of course) GM smith/miner/tinker/fletcher legendary tailor GM inscription/mage GM archer/lumberjack/swords GM fencer/pally Legendary tamer/peace/provo/lore *dont expect to see me on this one often:) All of the GM skills where applicable have eaten at least a 110 PS, just a matter of working them up. So if I can be of assistance anywhere, to anyone, holler!!!
  22. Im ready to start doing my favorite parts of this game again....Doom and Spawns. if there is any regular participants needing a body, please contact me. Im still an old hand at Spawns, Ive done them all at least 5 times each, and feel very confident there. Doom, Ive been a good lot of times, although always with my mage. I have created a decent pally warrior and would love to join a few to hit there. I prefer morning times as the traffic is alot lower but since returning, I just wanna hack and slash to get my rhythm back. In case there arent any regular romps to these things, if anyone is interested in getting a group together, I can guide the spawns but Doom might need a more experienced hand. ICQ me if anyone wants to get rippin!!!!
