Our Channel is "Pgoh" of course. If nobody is in it, don't worry. We just use it as a jumping off point to make games. And our game names are generally "Pgoh" for normal difficulty games, "Pgohnm" for nightmare level games, and "Pgohhell" for hell level respectively. Password for games regardless of difficulty is "pgoh"

Finally fixed the problem hehe.

I just read that 1.09 is slated for release on Monday the 20th. Huge changes in this one, including renabling of gambling for sets and uniques (I hope)!! Course, the chances will be less than they were for classic D2, but still there. And with recent changes to the way unique items drop, you can't "farm" Stone of Jordans like you used to. But this ALSO means you have a very small, albeit still a chance, to get the ELITE set items (highly tradable). Also, more active runewords, fixing some bugs (like letting runeword items work on your hirelings), more crafting recipies and other great changes!! I can't wait till Monday!

Oh yes, the Ancients Rite of Passage gives insane amounts of Exp ..... LynMeiRystal, my sorceress, went from level 54 to 57 when killing them on Nightmare mode

With the expansion, you have to beat Baal to move onto Nightmare mode now. So you'll still have to go through Act V

As a suggestion, for those who do make it to nightmare, perhaps name the game pgohnm/pgoh. that way, those who still wish to play on normal can do so hehe. So far, only fing, myself, and Kal have nightmare capable characters. Hopefully that'll soon change

I used to feel the same way, but I think with 7 character classes, and multiple ways to build them it's tons of fun. Plus, the Battle.net servers are way better now than they were when D2 first came out. So playing with different people online is the best part.

Yeah, it did. But faceoff was still good. Maybe John Travolta could play the mage Prom.

Hmmm, speaking of bald, how about John Malkovich to play Kalinaf then? After seeing him in Con Air, I'd say he' be perfect for that role. I'm still trying to think of who would play fing (gotta pick someone who would look good in a topknot first)

Bah, you people are forgetting the ever important task of CASTING. Who would play you, Coldren? Hrmmm?

Well, I think I can speak on behalf of myself, Fing, and Kalinaf and say yes. The gameplay has changed quite a bit, espicially for established players on the higher difficulty settings (Nightmare, Hell) but they have definately added enough new things to keep me interested. For those who don't know what's new: New "Elite" weapons (the strongest in the game) New Set and Unique items (you can now have partial set bonuses, which makes having even just 2 or 3 pieces of a given set worthwhile) Armor can now have sockets Runes (they can be insereted into socketed items and have unique attributes. And if some are insereted in a specific order into specific items, you can come out with a very very powerful item) Jewels (Like gems, but with multiple attributes that are more like magic items that can be put into normal items) The new Act 5 (Definately the most fun act of all) If anyone who has the expansion wants to play, myself, Fing, and Kal always play in Game/Pass: pgoh/pgoh If the game isn't up, start it, chances are one of us will join you at some point
