it's good that such tactics will finally be taught a bit more. Situations where you're outnumbered are often handled best by holding a line, but against a single powerful foe hit and run tactics can greatly reduce casualties

I've noticed that the familiars attack only after you hit the enemy regardless of how many times the enemy has hit you or how many times you have attacked the enemy and missed.

Meer Eternals drop really good stuff for anyone who doesnt mind the karma loss and has enough sense to use hit and run tactics. I got mage armor off almost every one I killed while looking for that last necro scroll I needed (including several pieces of plate).

I'd love to see BOD2 as our uniform color if we can pull it off. I guess if it fails we always have the option of switching over to something a little easier to acquire, and if it works out.... well, we'll never know if we dont try I suppose

I like BOD2 purple best out of the available choices. It's got a regal quality to it. Using a BOD color could be a logistical nightmare tho since not only would every character in the guild have to be provided with a uniform of this cloth, but replacements would need to be provided every time someone forgets to insure all their uniform pieces or is just unable/unwilling to do so. I doubt there's any chance of obtaining a "magical dye tub" for this color since it would devaluate the products of the BOD system, so if someone were to lose their uniform it could take a long time before they're able to meet with whomever holds the guild supply of purple cloth to make new uniforms. That said, purple6 might be better to use since we can easily make a dye tub of that color available for public use.

another paladin training mission would be a good source of funds. just gotta make sure all the paladins can make it this time and get a bunch of people out there to pick up the gold Also, Ogpod's Shinie Shup ("shiny shop" for those who dont speak ekirh) on the north side of our new city is offering vendor spots to anyone and everyone in PGoH (1 spot each for now). Sellers are encouraged to donate a portion of their profits to the guild.

if the book itself had disappeared (like the gold that's now stuck under the floor) then it might be a house bug. the book was still there, but somehow the spells in it were not
