  1. Since I'm taking up leadership of our SWG guild I won't have any time to play another game, so I'm placing my Final Fantasy 11 account (including the software, book, box, etc.) up for sale. I payed $55 for it and there's still some time left in the free month, so make a fair offer and it's yours. The account has a human character on the Phoenix server with a few levels of monk skill.
  2. the newbie zones on Phoenix are like an L.A. riot
  3. come to think of it, the graphics really are a bit like Dragon's Lair
  4. green jello.... lots of green jello... why would there be bones laying around? They're all busy walking
  5. i've almost finished my first stack of fire crystals to sell at the auction.... looks like i'll be able to afford new gear at level 8 if i can find an armorsmith or FFBay gets some in stock
  6. that means you have more time to work on the guild you're already running heheheh
  7. This game is getting very frustrating. 1) The controls and commands take forever to learn. 2) People don't talk. I stood in the middle of a crowd asking over and over again how to bring up the map to find where to turn in my newbie ticket type thing and it took nearly an hour to get one person to respond. 3) Unless you're in first person mode pushing the right arrow makes you look LEFT and vice versa. Having to stay in first person mode in order to navigate drives me nuts. 4) I've been unable to find any menu to customize the controls. 5) Even the lowest level equipment take so much money to buy that by the time you have enough money for it you're a higher level and need better and more expensive equipment in order to survive. 6) The combat system seems like it was designed for a standar turn-based single player rpg where you never have to worry about other monsters wandering too close and jumping in. Also, having to spend an entire day making your character over and over again to get on the server you want SUCKS
  8. the server selector hates me I just spent half the day remaking my character trying to get on Phoenix with no luck at all. think i need a stinkin world pass
  9. well, i HAD to buy a copy now if it's so good that it pulls me away from SWG i'm gonna scream bloody murder
  10. I'm sure that being away from the game to help with an honorable cause will in no way affect your status as a member of the guild. Good luck and godspeed to you and your family.
  11. they can't make UO2 like they started doing because Richard Garriot made a bonfire out of all the documents and discs (after being forced to by EA of course)
  12. how do you end up in every beta there is? even in ones nobody's heard of!
  13. results for my character (Anfalas) The Great Archives determine you to have gone by the identity: Armand Blanchard Known in some parts of the world as: Osiris of The Flesh The Great Archives Record: A sensual one who knows the flesh - and knows the blood. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- results for my name The Great Archives determine you to have gone by the identity: Louis Choiseul Known in some parts of the world as: Kronos of The Crows The Great Archives Record: Intelligent, knowing, wise and shrewd. This winged one was cast from the firmament.
  14. you've absolutely gotta press charges against the hacker though.
  15. 8 million is what I set as a buyout price on a forum full of people I don't know and people I don't like. For a friend I'll make it 5 mil (5 million gold = $75 = the ammount I need to catch up on my federal loan payments) If I wasn't behind on bills I could just give it to you :\
  16. ooo i've got tuesday off this week *bounces happily*
  17. Stop trolling these forums with the intent to do harm to our members and/or their reputations or your ip may be banned. Also, be aware that those who post bounties against my friends will have that bounty doubled against them.
  18. however, the points used for master gun maker could be spent in something that would further the gun-fighter's combat and survival abilities
  19. well, from what i heard you can take as many skills as you want, but just like in UO there's a cap to how many points you can get total and training more skills will mean not getting skills to their highest levels
  20. well, that's not too bad then still can't make a good fighter and a good craftsman at the same time though
  21. having only one character slot on the server will force me to do something very hard a few times: rerolling. There's no way in hell I'd pay $20 per month for a game where I have to reroll so much.
