Basically, when you buy the game, you can ONLY PLAY IN YOUR REGION - the servers are forced. North Americans with North Americans, Asians with Asians, Europeans with Europeans (six months late release of course). And despite months of campaigning, they still released no information about release plans in Australia and other locations. As far as I'm aware, Blizzard is the first company to do this and they're excuse is "We know what is better for you", and that they don't know how to operate local billing. It is truley pathetic, and even the B.Net forums are having a small level of tolerable debate about how truley senseless this is. I've been in the www.legionsofazeroth.com for 22 months - It is the 3rd oldest exclusive WoW guild ever. That is an incredibly long time. However, overnight, the two years of friendship the international playerbase has shared was torn apart, when bigotry has made it impossible for an aussie like me to play with the europeans, to play with the venezualans, to play with the main body of north americans. This pathetic system is tearing guilds and international friendships apart because they cant play the game theyve all been drueling about together - and what is a MMORPG - A SOCIAL game - without your friends?!?!
