This evening a combined force of ITC, VtS, and DO hot-dropped into the rebel city of Europa. The target was two rebel headquarters that were to be vulnerable at that time. The first base was quickly secured, and we proceeded to mess up the terminals in order to allow access to the base's self-destruct mechanism. Most of us who were on the terminals were first-timers for such procedures, so we learned a lot in the process. Nine minutes after the final terminal was accessed, the base was reduced to a pile of charred rubble. After the first target was eliminated, we noticed that the second base was already gone.

The self-proclaimed "best rebel guild on the server", RBEU, sent no troops to oppose this invasion of their city.

Yes it was VERY enjoyable being a part of that... but we need to work on defence as well.

We need to get the 'go time' when our base is vunerable, and then mass there for the hours or so that we need the extra defence.
