Hello, Another Sunday, means another meeting at Olympus. Tonight I'd like to get the names of the warriors who would like to be considered for the Guardian Troupe for the Alliance Council. I shall provide a book for signing. Although, there might not be any treasure hunters in the guild who might volunteer their services. I would also like to end tonight's meeting with a treasure hunt. There is also the matter of the :Magic War Mace: Durable/Vanquishing/Eminently Accurate/Wounding charges: 28, that I would like to auction off tonight, with a starting bid of 100gp. Last night, I lost 2,000,000 in gold, via unknown methods. Be weary fellow travellers.. for the roads are not what they used to be.

Greetings, I am recruiting into my house a new tinker/carpenter. I am requesting an allocation of resources from the Port Authority in the ammount of 1000 wooden boards and 1000 iron ingots, twice per month -for a period of two months. I am willing to divert current resource gathering efforts by the House of Thiork and affiliated parties.. to the replenishment of these requested resources. This is a public request.

At the last Alliance Council meeting, we discussed the issue of REDS appearing at the Champion Spawn. To combat this issue, it was suggested that we form an association with well known REDS (i.e. UPC, etc.) to assist with our efforts. The Alliance Council agreed that such an association would be perilous and destructive. After much disucssion, we came to the following solution: The Alliance Council requests that each guild bring forth Guardians who are willing to protect members of the Alliance Council during the champion events. These individuals shall be responsible for subduing the threat of REDS during the champion events. It should be understood that these individuals shall be entitled to participate in the Champion Spawn -but their primary responsibility would be to Protect. These guardians should be well trained in the art of PVP combat. Volunteers from each guild are requested to step forward. We also briefly discussed the notion of posting to the skypage how many skulls a particular guild has at any given point. With this information, we would then distribute skulls between our guilds -in order to spawn the Harrower. The Alliance Council agreed to postpone this discussion and debate for the next meeting, so that Prince Dalimar may be present. There are two things that I need your response to: Do you think it is a good idea to share skulls between guilds within the Alliance Council so that we have a better chance of spawning the Harrower? I will also need the names of any warrior who wishes to join the Guardian Troupe of the Alliance Council. My ICQ is: 52593817.

At the last Charity Auction, I noticed quite a few people present -who were not PGoH. Although I did post to the T9C and GoL boards, those travellers still somehow recieved news. I am proposing the idea to rename my auction to: PGoH Auction AND making it an official event on the events calender at UO.com -with a general invite to the vast population. I figure that will provide definitive exposure and interest from all who read those current events calendars. Perhaps at the Auction, public service annoucements can be issued .. and all sorts of interesting things can be implemented. Temporary vendors can be placed.. and the sort. What do you think? My next auction is scheduled for the First Thursday of January, 2003.

Seems like the buzz on the streets of Brit -are that the Purple Guardians are back and better than ever. An increase in population representation in many towns and dungeons has sparked, increased interest in the empire. It could not be a better time -to be a PGoH. (1) New policies concerning the acceptance into the alliance was established. It was accepted that in order for a guild to qualify for acceptance, it must be sponsered by another allied guild. It must also pass a trial period of thirty days. The trial shall begin after the first attended meeting of the sponsered guild, and finally, a public vote shall be cast to determine guild acceptance into the alliance. While a guild is in their trial period, it may participate in all alliance events (unless otherwise noted), it may hold seat at council, but must limit its participating members to a total of three. Guilds that are in their trial period may not vote. If you know of any honorable guilds that are interested in participating in the Alliance, please contact me and I will forward their information for sponsership. (2) C&M and T9C were elected for alliance sponsership. (3) It was announced that in December, Dalimar (DWG) shall become the new chairperson for the council. (4) Do not miss the champion hunt on Monday's at 9pm EST (further information about specifics shall be provided on Monday night, prior to this event). (5) The wedding of Bailey (C&M) and Chucho (C&M) was also announced. All members of the Purple Guardians of Honor have been invited to attend. Further details will be provided.

Martok, that is a brilliant Idea! I believe Ultima Online has a built in chatroom feature, which allows you to create a room and assign a password to it, so that only invited members may join. I would be absolutely thrilled if we could use this feature to conduct our weekly meetings. What does everyone think about this?
