Follow the instructions to create your Open Beta account, then begin downloading from the link given at the end of the process (if you have not begun already). Please note that the servers are currently undergoing maintenance in small groups, so the server you wish to play on may not be immediately available. SoC is currently playing on server 10. I do not know if Canada will be able to play on US servers. The only way I can think of around it, is to use someone’s physical address in the US, or have someone sign up here, and either 1, pay them. Market isn't big enough here. If they were to regionalize it, it would probably be based on timezones i.e. EST, GST, etc...
