Hopefully by this summer, I'll be moving to West Virginia with my fiancee. Not only do I have no moral support from my family, but we'll have no financial help from anyone and we'll both be in college and saving money for our wedding. That being the case, I'm afraid I'll most likely have to leave UO. As much as this really does sadden me, I shouldn't be spending $156 a year on a game when we have a wedding to plan, as that's money that could otherwise be going toward the wedding... So when the time comes, what should I do with all my things? I'd like to return when it's more practical, but I don't know when. I guess I need some advice on this... -_-;

Yeah, it's hard in the beginning stages of treatment because that's pretty much all you do... switch meds all the time until you find something good. And some of them will make you feel sort of sick for a little while, but that can change in time. It doesn't always, but it can. Hang in there!

Let's see... I was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, paranoia, and clinical depression in the 8th grade. So why would I think badly of you? Personally, I found that Lexapro works best, and it's proven to have the fewest side effects. However, due to financial/insurance issues, I pretty much had to quit therapy and meds. It gets better; that's all I can say.

My usual (more cartoony) style. Piper again, this time with her cu sidhe, Aodhfin. I tried to stay true to the game style as far as the cu goes... I think they're adorable, so I couldn't resist. Note that Piper's ears aren't normally that large; I felt like stylizing her a bit in this. And yes, she's a short one. But seriously. Look at Aodhfin. Don't you just want to hug him? Haha. Edit: Submitted it to PlayerArt.com. It's hilarious because people post stuff they didn't even draw. Like it's obvious they just googled something. Anyway, it can be found here.

As the title says, I need a robe of the eclipse. Simply put, my luck sucks and after a full day of fighting yesterday, I had no marties to show for it. I was hoping to just get one that way, but it doesn't seem like that's working out too well. If you know of a place I could get one for a decent price, please let me know. If you have one, I have some gold or other marties up for trade - two soul seekers (ML - did have a third but gave it away), a blade dance (ML), night's kiss, burglar's bandana, and Gwenno's harp. I also have two spellweaving scrolls, thunderstorm and ethereal voyage. I'd be willing to trade for any combination of a few of those. Ah, I see you came to Florida. I'm from the St. Petersburg area and I'd recommend St. Pete Beach, especially down by Pass-A-Grille. That's where I was proposed to, in fact. :3 The Gulf has nicer beaches and water than the Atlantic; it's not as rough. Oh, and next time you come, drop by Medieval Times. Dinner and a live-action medieval show. But be forewarned: they give you no utensils, just some bread to shovel the food around with.

Yeah, Piper doesn't care for humans too much. She doesn't get too involved in anything, even when two Undead provoked her... until they killed her hiryu. She got revenge the other night in Trinsic with her cu sidhe though. I sort of have to wait to see whether another member's IC before I say anything to them. OOC, her behavior might seem sort of snobbish, especially if they don't "know" her. Haha. PS. Kodoz, she's still mad about not being allowed to bring her pets into the tavern and Olympus. And the purple aprons make her nervous.

I've been using LiveJournal-based clients for a while now. GreatestJournal is pretty much LiveJournal without having to pay for the cool stuff. I know my way around the site very well and figured I'd make a community for members of THE. PS. Just so you know, it'll be ugly and weird looking for a little while, but I promise it'll get better as I mess with the code.

I just now noticed this; thank you for the kind words, and congratulations to the others who passed the test along with me. Also... RANDOM: Is my new avatar not the most adorable thing ever? Aodhfin is Piper's baby. Haha. If anyone wants me to, I can edit any animations from Stratics to fit the avatar requirements and to match the forum colors.

I would also suggest to new RPers that they start with a character just like themselves - have the character do the same thing they would do in the given situation. It's a good way to start out and get accustomed to roleplay.

The uncropped version of Piper's portrait that I used in my signature. If you haven't gathered it already, she's a rat...thing. Both drawn and colored on Photoshop without doing a sketch beforehand. That being the case, I'm fairly happy with it. That's her Robe of Umbra, the hood of which is usually covering her head to hide her ears... but I thought I'd show them off this time. <:3 )~~~ ...That emoticon is a rat if you couldn't tell.
