Kalinaf

Ok, started a Druid and shooting to do the Resto thing down the road. Still may look at xfering one of my pvp horde chars over, shrug. So yeah, im a big fat Tauren Druid going by Kalinaf, but hey, Taurens dance the best, and thats what really matters.

Nice to hear from you all. Who is playing WOW from the UO days that I would recall? I do have a 60 pvp undead mage I could xfer over or just reincarnate a new toon. Be nice to RP a bit again.

Greetings! I am just an apparition that brings news of a soul, for years, thought to be lost. The Mage Kalinaf, who fought valiantly along side the Purple Guardians in the lands of Ultima, has been released from his prison. Rumors are being spread through out Durotan of sightings of this lost soul. I fear the worst, Milas has trapped his soul in the body of a Human Priest that exists in the land of Arygos. Those may remember Milas the evil wizard that inflicted Kalinaf with a horrible plague years ago. I must take leave, Milas grows weary of my presence here. ****poof****

Were on Mithaniel Marr server, had some local buds that were on it so ended up there! So much I see has changed in UO, if I logged on I obviously would be lost, heck after Treb took over my account for my alts, I doubt I would barley be able to get around anymore! Heh, So who is planning on hitting Star Wars Galaxies when it comes out in a few months? I think im gonna give it a shot, and well, would be cool to hit the ground running with you all. Anyhow glad to see things are running good, and that again, some deffinately familiar faces are around still. Damn I miss the good old days and such. We deff. had some good times. Hey PGoH, Been a way long time since ive been around these parts! Good to see things are going well and still some old familiar faces too. Hard to believe ive been away from UO for oh almost what 2 years maybe, has it been that long??? ahhh Maybe a year and a half! I still have my account, er Trebor does anyhow. I should load it up and see all of the changes. Im guessing there are many! Anyhow, Im still doing the EQ thing! Deffinately has kept my interest for quite some time seeing as I have a 53 Druid and 59 Bard. For those that remember Trebor he also is playing EQ and I think we are both holding out for SWG when its released. Oh well gotta crash and do the work thing! Salut Kal

Holas, Thanks for the concern but I do not live in NY, Minneapolis is where I lived. Yes Mallock is fine, talked to him the day of, He was running late and thus was stuck in the subway vs. being right in that mess.. Which is where he would have been had he not been running late. A lot of people near and dear and other funny events that caused them to not be in that area, (ie sickness, overslept) funny how that sometimes works. Unfortunately, for others it did not work the same way. As most of you are, I am still in shock, disbelief, and sadness. I encourage all of you to give Blood, Im petrified of needles but I did my duty! Thats the best most of us can do to help our fellow brothers and sisters. I wish you all the best and pray for a resolution to this matter with minimal to no innocent blood shed. Oh also for those that remember Trebor he lives near there as well and is OK!

Well my move is finally complete, moved halfway across the city, about 18 miles to be exact. After many many trips moving back and forth im up and running! I moved to get closer to the store im at, instead of a 45 minute drive its now 15. Well my life is just one big ironic event after another, as soon as I signed my lease, I get transfered to a different store, yup you guessed it, its the store closest to where I was living sooooo, back to the 45 minute drives again. ARgggg i cant win, though this transfer was a promotion, Im now General Manager of the 4th busiest store in the company. I got my work cut out but ill be on more now Im hoping. See you around,

Yah Prom talked me into getting the expanison, and though I only played the original for about a week before I deleted it, the expansion is very very good. So much to mention but I deff am enjoying it. See you in PGOH channel!

Well folks......... Its in, I have located the orc cave. It indeed is near Yew, in fact its in Rat Man Valley. The cave is at best a old mine shaft, complete with 4 levels me thinks, and a fort inside. Very nice I must say. Ill get some renderings perhaps as well as mark a few runes. ON a bad note was you go in, from what i can gather is there is no way out! The Illshenar romp planned for this eve will be delayed as I will host a romp to explore this Orc Cave and battle the new Brutes!

Reports are coming in about a new Ridgeback mount, that some savages ride and is tameable. As well as a new underground orc hideout somewhere south of Yew with huge orc brutes gathered. Attacks on certain cities have also picked up, with especially violent reports from Vesper. Latest news indicates that the Ridgeback "WILL" require High taming to tame, but there will be no taming requirements to Own / Ride.

While I agree with alot of things said by Liz, I personally dont view it as another nerg, though it could be. What it really comes down to is Playstyle, Some make like that precast deal, when it was in I didnt / couldnt do it, was a pain to even attempt it on dial up 250+ ping, heh! As with all changes I adapt and move on though this time Kals skills are set Im not changing them again for the 20th time! If my skill set is nerfed well, The PVP days of Kal are either over or Ill just have to learn new tactics!
