wow alot of vet accounts are getting perma-banned...but im glad to see OSI taking action this time...*still remembers what the gold dupe did to the "state" of the uo economy

I would like to thank you everyone who showed up and helped at this weekends event. I think it went exceptionally well...lets keep this ball rolling!

After numerous nights of defending his home in Yew, Logan returned to the homely accomadations of his parents cabin. Tieing his Mare to the front porch railing he thought how wonderful it will be to eat some of mom's home cooking and smell his fathers pipe. His brothers were away, still fighting the hordes of Jukans as they invaded thier homelands. Strangely, noone met him at the door and no smoke from the fireplace rose over the morning sky. Walking through the door he noticed the house was in shambles, tables overturned, chairs were broken as there was a slight stench of burnt flesh in the air. Making his way up the rope stairs, the scent grew stronger, nearly overwhelming him. Turning the corner he saw bodies, their flesh lay burnt from magic as arrows pertruded from the corpses. Surely it was an attack of Jukans. Cursed beings, Logan thought, as he fell to the floor as if his heart was ripped from his chest. His mother and father slain before him, not a single tear would fall this day as he filled with rage. Suddenly a soft voice spoke to him, telling him of a greater purpose, thus he began his travels along the path of HONOR.

whom attended the hunt last night...and gave the ultimate sacrafice...we fought well...but most importantly we fought with HONOR. Next time evil shall recieve quite the thrashing im sure. [oh a by the way i had to much fun doing the pre-romp inspection...reminded me of me army days] Logan

Thats right...tired of the same old romps? Well get ready for fun..fun..fun. Time for a scavenger hunt!!! Date? Next Sat. night...Time? 8:00pm est...Place? Safe Haven...Prizes? Most definately...If the winner is a member of the empire 25K check!...If its a legionairre 50k check! Rules... 1. Each participant is given a book with a list of ten random items they must find. 2. The first person back with thier book and all the items requested is declared the winner. 3. Participants may NOT enter towns. 4. NO recalling or gating. EXCEPT public gates. 5. NO pets except for mounts...Barring the high end mounts ie..mares, steeds. Now remember as each individual cannot be watched over, you are asked to be HONORABLE and abide by these rules. I will remain at Safe Haven until a winner is found, for those who do not wish to participate in the hunt they can come to Safe Haven for some fellowship. Great rp opportunities...a chance to develop a charactors personality and use it with others. So come out and lets have a good time! Please post here if interested so i have a general idea as to how many people will come so i can be sure to have enough books for all. See you next Saturday, Logan

Just a couple things I'd like to touch on...please bare with me. First off I would like to apalogize to Wolf..and everyone else, for not being able to attend the Tournament. Due to the extremely tough market Weyerhauser was forced to cut out some scheduled days off to make sure that peak productivity is met each working day. [this included my Monday off]. I would however, like to thank Lora for jumping and a taking my spot on such short notice. She did a masterful job. :smilewinkgrin: Now after Sundays meeting [or lack thereof] call it fustration, aggravation or medicatoin...I dont know which...I took two of my chars out of the guild. I wish to remedy this as soon as possible and get them back in...if that is ok with everyone. Lastly on a better note...Tristan and I...while playing around found away to gain magery on mares. I am willing to help anyone do this...So tamers grab a bunch of reagents and icq me and we'll work em to gm! Thank you. Logan

They do not dispell...they can be barded...however explode doesnt seem to work well...very often they resist it totally...mares own them, however when thier sac bursts it takes about half the mares life...oh and a big no on the pack instincts
