Here in North Carolina, all the insurance companies are required to report to the DMV when your policy is not renewed and you have not bought insurance from another company. The DMV then comes out and takes your tag off your vehicle. Until I read your post, I thought our laws were tough.

I know. But it's not even a full file. I have the full install file in my downloads directory. This file I can't remove has 0 data in it. I can't install any of it atm until I clear some room off my hard drive, so many games, so little room.

Long story short: I have a file on my desktop that I can't remove because it says it's being usedby another program. I see no other program that is using it. How can I get this thing off my computer?

The file is PlaneShift_CBV).3.012.exe

EDIT: I fixed this part -> Also, my adress bar in my IE is missing even though I have it checked in the view menu. *sighs* Guess I better do a virus scan.

Hey there. I found a nice small and free program that converts the .tga picture files to .jpg. If ya want a copy of it, lemme know. I can email it to ya. I had a long time getting through ads and popups to get it from the site, so it'll be easier for me to mail it. Or, if it's ok, I can send it to the downloads section of THE site. Whichever is easier.

I just got a Toshiba Satellite L25-S1192. It came with an (slight) memory upgrade of 256MB. I looked at the chip and it does state it's a 256 chip, but the computer itself is only reading 192MB of memory. Where's the rest of my memory?

(This is my first notebook and I find it odd how it's reporting the memory as lower than it's supposed to be.)

I appreciate any help.

EDIT: I found where the extra 64MB is, something bout shared memory.Guess I wait to get another chip so I can play my games on it while loafing about in the 'comfy chair'.

In the town hall meeting scene, I can be seen sitting in the aisle seat towards the back of the room. There's a part in the scene when the red-haired girl (sorry, forgot her name, Miles' wanna be girlfriend) looks back over her shoulder to look at Miles. I am caught in the middle of that look. This is what I am wearing: dark burgandy polo shirt, blue jeans, brown Sketchers, holding a pink hoodie, hair (auburn) is down. I haven't seen it, some friends have and told me they saw me. We'll see. (I recorded the wrong channel last week *twitches*).

How is that for a character's first swing? what a LOSER!!!!

Can you imagine a fighter rushing into battle, fierce look on his face, lifting his sword and then clomping himself, breaking the sword on his head and dying? 

Now that IS funny! My thief character for old D&D used to carry her dagger in her teeth while climbing ropes and trees. My DM got drunk one night and made a new rule to roll whenever she got 3 feet high to see if she fell and perished.

Oh, one more thing. Currently I play D&D 3.5 edition. We are 6 in the group. 3 are lawyers.... Believe me NO ONE EVER looked into the D&D rules so closely, only to come up with 4 different conclusions on every sentence in question.... 

Ok, that is even funnier since one of the characters I created for the show is an attorney. Mind if I use the idea of always rifling to the rules when things get tough?
