There were a few times I had cast a rejuv or regrowth on one of the tanks and their health started going down too fast for the heal over time to keep up...no problem. Swiftmend for the insta heal and pop another on! And of course we all got innervate, but cost 1gold and a few silver. Don't forget to train it!
