I know SWG is and you must accept there terms to get into beta which means accepting the NDA. I was in SWG beta for a while and that was one of the first things you did. Hothgorn TheBlack Posted January 28, 2004 Share Posted January 28, 2004 When I was admitted to Shadowbane (phase 2) beta, the NDA was a massive pile of paperwork. I'm afraid that complete game was nearly indifferent to phase 2...............maybe a few more bugs ...hehe.... Anyways, the game company can put nearly any punishment they want (within the law), into the NDA . This includes possible lawsuits for horrendous amounts of money, to complete banning from the game (even in full release).
