I for One did not want to get my epic. why? one:because I'm part time player and didnt feel i could accompelish(SP?) this quest. two: why would a druid who trains IN 1hb want a weapon that is 1hs?? Well now I'm Going to try to help out the guild and try to get my epic and try my best to hang with the guild. this checklist is to monitor how i'm doing. I hope no one else minds. Druid Epic Checklist To Begin Completed:(smiley fases donated completed missions. 1.Talk to Telin Darkforest, receive worn note 2.Give note to Faelin Bloodbriar, receive Faelin’s ring 3.Give ring to Giz X’Tin, receive dark metal coin 4.Give coin to Telin Darkforest, receive worn metal coin 5.Give the worn coin to Athele to start spawning Dark Elf Corruptor, loot FleshboundTome 6.Give Fleshbound Tome to Athele, receive Earthstained note. 7.Give Earthstained note to Ella Foodcrafter, receive shiny tin bowl Hardened Mixture 8.Forage Chilled Tundra Root in Everfrost Peaks 9.Forage Sweetened Mudroot from Misty Thicket 10.Forage Speckled Moldy Mushrooms from Innothule Swamp 11.Forage Heartfruit from Greater Faydark 12.Combine all four items in the shiny tin bowl to create the Hardened Mixture The Runed Bowl Ancient Pattern 13.Receive Crushed Pot from Alrik Farsight. 14.Give crushed pot to Farios Elianos, receive Grocery List 15.Give grocery list to Merchant Nora, receive Bag of Provisions 16.Bring bag of provisions to Farios Elianos, receive Receipt 17.Give Alrik Farsight the receipt, receive an Ancient Pattern Platinum Speckled Powder 18.Forage a Rose of Firiona in Firiona Vie 19.Give rose to Merdan Fleetwood, receive an Old Wooden Painting 20.Give painting to the human skeleton, receive a Silver Chained Locket 21.Give locket to Niera Farbreeze, receive Platinum Speckled Powder Enchanted Clay 22.Kill Black Reaver, loot Jade Reaver 23.Give Kinlo Strongarm the jade reaver and receive Enchanted Clay Rune Crested Bowl 24.Combine the ancient pattern, platinum speckled powder, and enchanted clay in any pottery wheel to create the Rune Crested Bowl The Stones Softly Glowing Stone 25.Give Ella Foodcrafter the Rune Crested Bowl and Hardened Mixture, receive the softly glowing stone. NO seriously I was reading and it seems like you have alot to do solo but if you need any help please let me know. Synthania is 51 now and is pretty useful when it comes to killing things. Also if you need a tank to keep it off ya while you kill I have Krung at my disposal lvl 50 warrior so if ya see me on and want help just holler at me ok? Nurlaten Posted May 6, 2003 Share Posted May 6, 2003 To kill the fish: Only one that spawns the tainted one for epic spawns at loc neg 900 neg 900 there abouts. The ground begins to slope off if you are coming from the east to west. The fish spawns about halfway up a pillar and then will sit there for a bit. Sometimes he swims off but stays in the vicinity. Fish are on a 6 min spawn timer. Way i killed was that i loaded up my fast nuke (scoriae) and put both DS on me and just channeled a couple nukes through on the placeholders (deepwater barracudas), they don't hit too hard and i was never in trouble of dying, throw a regen on yourself if you are worried. You could root rot, but that takes more time and i'm all about efficiency. Shouldn't need KEI as you only need to kill one mob every 6 mins. When the tainted spawns i would agro him than swim due east to the shore and if it followed me on land that was the one that spawns corrupted, i root rotted the tainted and the corrupted. If not, i jumped back in the lake and root dotted him. Bloodgill barracudas rarely spawn too, i root dotted them as they hit harder than the deepwater ones. This camp sucks, i spent over 14 RL hours underwater waiting for this fish, so have some friends to talk to because you are going to want to kill something other than the fish. Oh and good luck.
