Piper Posted November 27, 2007 Share Posted November 27, 2007 It appears that my mom had a heart attack sometime earlier this month. She was going to the doctor for an unrelated surgery and when they did her EKG, it came back showing she'd had a heart attack. They did two more just to be sure. She said she remembers the day it happened because she experienced some pain and tightness in her chest, and she's had palpitations at night. So she'll be seeing a cardiologist tomorrow, and hopefully they can get some things taken care of and give her the okay to go through the other surgery. She seems to be fine, but I know her cholesterol is terrible. Please keep her in your thoughts, or your prayers, if you do it that way. Thank you.
