Raid/Event Forum Rules

This forum will contain all of the announcements of future guild raids and events. Each raid or event will have a seperate topic, set up by the raid or group leader, in which people can post their status for that raid.

All raids or events will be posted on our EQ Calendar by an officer. Each officer will post a link to the thread on the Calendar post for easy reference (look at the May 18th thread for an example).

After the raid or event is over, the topic will be discussed and then locked. This forum may also be used for raid or event related announcements, ideas, etc. If you need help planning or leading a raid, please let an officer know.

It should be noted that anyone can plan events and raids. The individual who plans and announces the raid or event is considered the raid or group leader, and is responsible for outlining all of the required information listed below. Topic posts on this forum which do not conform to the rules will be deleted or otherwise dealt with by a moderator.

When posting a raid or event, please include the following:

Mob Name or Zone/Objective

Who: Erollisi's Tear members, friends and recruits 50+ (you can change this as necessary. If you are planning a single-group event, here is where you would list 1-6 and edit in people's names as they sign up.)

When: Tuesday 4/24 @ 8 PM EST (don't forget to change this, too.)

Where: (where are we going? Where do we meet? What time do we meet? It might be a good idea to find links to the zone or to a map, so people know how to get to where they're going ahead of time.)

Why: (why do you want to go there?)

How: (here's the place to explain the details of the raid (if you'll need resists, gate potions, etc.). This is also the place to list who will be leading the raid. Default = person who posts the event thread. Post the strategy here, too.)

Loot: (make links to the possible loots or explain the possible loots here. How is loot to be distributed? If some loots are already claimed (epic/quest loots), then also please state that here.)
