I ment, how the Shaman are the spiritual leaders of the tribe, perhaps there should be another role for them?

With the slow and steady increase of Shaman in the Clan, should it eventually have a different ladder of ranks for us? Just an idea, even tho a Shaman could handle the rank of Captain, Lord, or Nob.
