Lightbringer some have called the blade, yet there are those who insist its blade is not as bright as the sun, but as dark as the abyss. Though the blade was wrought by a god, not even he in their wisdom could understand the danger he would bring into the world.

A weapon can be used just as readily for ill intentions as it can for the honorable. Shall a weapon so great be allowed in any hand whether it be light or dark?

It is our sole purpose that Doombringer not be found. The sword must remain hidden! Yet, nothing is absolute; for some day a poor wretched soul will stumble across our doom. And we will be there, watching, waiting. For if the sword must be found, we are they that shall ensure the future of the world by Doombringer’s destruction!
