Square Enix is accepting applications from gamers wishing to participate in its PlayOnline, Tetra Master, and FFXI public beta test.

Square Enix USA has announced that it is accepting applications for the public beta test of PlayOnline, Tetra Master, and Final Fantasy XI. According to the company, the goal of the public beta process is to test the connectivity of the PlayOnline network and give an undisclosed number of players a sneak preview of the PC and PlayStation 2 versions of Final Fantasy XI. Successful applicants for the test will be at least 13 years old and reside either in the United States or Canada.
