This person is to be deemed armed and extremely dangerous, and is not to be approached alone. If you encounter anyone in a black hooded shroud and cloak, DO NOT ENGAGE THEM. Report their position to the rest of the guardians, and then only move in once a sizable force has been gathered. Stick close to your fellow guardians, and remember your training. Never fight alone.
