The war guilds are going to be hostile towards us, and may enter combat quickly. You should all get to know our ROE; you should all also be ready for RP interaction at any time. Technically, by game mechanics they are all 'warred' unless listed otherwise. However, just because someone is orange DOES NOT mean they are hostile. I expect you all to know this. And you cannot recognize who is your ally or foe just by a guild tag IC. You must recognize the person, or their uniform. I may actually need to type dialogue! To those that are new to all this do as Kodoz has asked and read the RoE, it will save him much headache later. Role-play adds a great deal to the game hopefully the guilds highlighted utilize the playing of roles accordingly and this does not become a gank fest devoid of conversation etc.!!!!
