Guild Charter

Charter: (Role Play, Role Play, Role Play)

We would like to think of this as a Family guild that Raids together. In order to do this, we must be comfortable with each other and with each others playing habits.

Raids may one day be mandatory depeding on the direction of the guild. We can also say that if you dont group together and help out your fellow guild mates please do not expect anything you need to be a priority. If you do not socialize and group with your Family don’t expect them to drop what they are doing and come to your aid.

To be a member of Mystic Legions, we ask you to be an honest player. No kill stealing at all.

We require our members to be friendly, and not rude to anyone. There will be no use of Foul Language at anytime in guild chat or groups. Members must be willing to help others, not just guildies especially if they are in trouble. Be courteous and kind. If you feel these virtues are guidelines to live by, you would be a valuable member of our Guild.

If at anytime you are found to be lacking or in violations of these Codes of Ethics you will be sent a warning in Tell and if the same infraction is committed again you will be disbanded.

If you find yourself in a position of question in which you are unsure of what to do or if you are being harassed please immediately inform an Officer of your situation and we will do everything in our power to assist you. We are a guild we are Family your friends are our friends your enemies our enemies and we will support you. Do not take advantage of this policy please.

Restrictions:

We do not believe in restricting the Class or Race of Character for any of our members the only thing that we require is that you be a minimum level of 50.

Loot Policy:

This loot policy is effective only on Raids. Mystic Legions Defines a raid as a group of people that come together at a specific time and date for a specific purpose. For example…. We will be meeting 7:00 p.m. EST to go to this zone to get this item for this person yada yada yada…. All Reagents and buffing stones will come from the guild bank. Therefore the officers or main looter for the guild bank will hold all sellables and vendor trash to reimburse the bank.

Armor drops or item drops will be rolled on by all people that can use the item and that the item is an upgrade for. Any Item that you have on you is yours and you can do with what you please. If you feel like you would like to donate it to the guild that is your choice we will see that it gets put to good use. If you would like to sell it by all means sell it and better yourself.

Remember however that we are family and if you strengthen one of us you strengthen us all. Once you have won an Item you will be unable to roll on an item until all in the raid (or in the case of class specific items) class has won something.

If the item cannot be used by anyone in the guild that is on the raid the officers will take the items to either sell or hold them for the guild bank.

I would also like to say that at the end of the raid a Portion of the loot e.g.: Plat and gems will be randomed among the people that stayed throughout the raid. Note I said a Portion not all of course will be given away we must fund these excursions after all. We will also be updating this Policy as the guild grows and gets stronger.

Loot Policy in Groups:

We all know that everyone in this game is out to improve themselves as this is the nature of the game. However, when in groups be it a group with guildies or others you will make sure all loot is shared evenly with all members there will be no ninja looting or loot hording. All group members should get an even chance to loot unless an ML "main looter" is named. At which point at the end of the group any drops will be rolled on and Plat split. Please remember though that Clerics should be awarded with extra as some of their buff spells cost Gems. (please note that I do not play a cleric I am a Wizard this is not some cheap way for me to get plat or items) it is respectful to share and it is the basis of all we stand for.
