This distinction comes for the countless effort Lord Brightblade put forth in all offices of the Empire. Whether as victorious Senator of War, reveling in the defeat of the Empire's enemies or the watchful Prefect truly standing as a guard of honor there is no man more worthy of this disctinction. Furthermore, the name of this holiday shall be known as Natalis Prefectus and shall be marked as a day of joyful recount of victories and tales of Lord Ser Brightblade the Ancient.
