Hey All, Attendance and loot link: Attandance and Loot (All times are Eastern/Server time) Start time 7:00 at the latest, I will start invites around 6:00 and we will start as soon as there are 25. If we don't have 25 by 7:00 I will call it. Slight change to loot policy (knocked out the wait one week policy). 1. Normally one piece per run. 2. Spec. rools first. Then off spec. You may only roll for a second piece if no one else is rolling or if you have only recieved an off spec piece for the run (i.e. rolling for an off spec will not keep you from rolling for a spec piec that drops later). -Gordantell

My work schedule is moving to first shift, freeing me up to actually play and run raids on the weekdays. Currently we are squeezing the run on sunday between two other raids, this limits availiablity and puts some serious time pressures on it. Since I will be able to play at a more "normal" time starting next week I've decided to move the raid. I set up the poll so you can make multiple choices. Please mark each day you are availiable, and leave a note with any specifics you think I should know (like availible times on those days). The start time will be set somewhere between 7-8pm. Becasue alot of you come from the 25 man run on Wed. I didn't add that as a choice. I know there are other 25 man raids running on other days. I will be picking the day that has the most people availiable. The run this week on sunday (8/17) is still scheduled for this sunday. If we pick a day other then Monday then I will try to get the raid ready for the following week. -Gordantell

Hey all, The summer bug has hit. We are down all three tanks we normally use. I'm going to cancel this weeks kara. But I will definatly be around if we want to do some heroics or Quest clearing. -Gordantell

Hey all, Seems the RL dieties are pretty clear on this. We have 6-7 folks that can't come tonight for various reasons. Most are tanks and healers, which, as we all know, are the hardest to replace. So instead of ripping my hair out looking for replacements I'm just going to canell this weeks run. See you all next week. -Gordantell

'Ello, We are going to be down two tanks for the early Kara Run and the mid day Grulls. For Kara we really only need one tank to sub and a few other subs (there are enough alts that we can make up any other class type requirement). For Grulls we defiantly need at least one tank, I would like to get two tanks to free up another person in the raid that subbed as a tank for us the first week. Also, I'm always on the look out for a mage that wants to come and take over Krosh tanking duties as I originally wanted to bring my Main Gordantell but have been subbing with my mage to fill that roll. If interested please send me a note in game or respond here. I am more then willing to help with obtaining gear for this position. -Gordantell

With the gear I was able to buy/get this week he's almost at 10000hp unbuffed so I'll be tanking Krosh. Blah, Hey all, After some consideration and conversations with others I am going to postpone this for a week. As you can see from the roster we are missing some key elements. I don't want to scramble at the last minute to fill holes for the first run. I will be working through the week to get a better balance to the raid list and fill the holes. Sorry this is kinda last minute (well, 4 hours or so) but I want this run to get off to a good start and preparing for another week should help us. Currently have 2 solid tanks and a maybe, andd 3 Solid healer with a maybe. We are going to need at least one more tank and 3 more healers. I have one person that can be either tank or healer but the other players with "stables" to choose from are being used for other needs. If we are going to be able eventually do both Mags and Grulls we have to start on time. Loot rules: Think I'll just go with what Maube does. 1. One week wait before rolling on loot. I'm looking for folks on a regular basis. So once you've run a full run with us the next week you (and all your alts you may bring in the future) are eligible to roll on loot. 2. One piece per night. Once eligible you can grab one piece a night. 3. Spec rollers get priority. If your rolling for an off spec then priority will go to those rolling for spec, exceptions will be made for those that respeced specifically to fill a hole. If you want to roll for an off spec It will be treated like rule 4 below. 4. If everyone eligible passes on a piece then it becomes open to all. SO if it's your first week and/or you had already got something, if everyone passes you may roll on it (rather see something used then de'd). If you get something with this exception then you can only get a second item if no one else rolls on it, or all the other rollers had also gotten something (spread the wealth). -Gordantell

Hey all, After doing some one on ones we have about 20 people so far that have said they will come. If you have not posted yet PLEASE DO! As you can see there are a few people that offered up multiple alts for the run. I need to know who is planning on coming so I can figure which of those alts will best fit our needs. Please spread the word with your friends also. I'd like to start at exactly 6:30 and don't want to spend time looking for fill ins. For week one we will only be doing Grulls. Many of the people will still be on a timer from the WED Mags run so there's no point in trying for it this week. That will provide us the time to do Grulls with room for error. Please bring your consumables, the flasks from the Ethereals work great (not so worthless now are they B. ) buff food, ect. The Crusher bank has alot of these flasks, and this is exactly why they are there, please grab one that works for you. In terms of group make up we could use another warlock or two, a healing priest or two, and, believe it or not, we have had no warriors sign up (excepting the people with alt lists). Going to probably need at least 1-2 more tanks, would be nice to get an actual warrior. That's it for now. Will be online tonight drumming up more people.
