RSS Bot Posted November 27, 2005 Share Posted November 27, 2005 ARG! Algae! Well, it’s a new setup, so the aquarium will go through a few stages of algae. So I decided to take care of the problem. Anyway, I picked up 7 Mexican Turbo snails (recommended by the LFS) about a week ago. Well, about 7 days later (today), there’s no more algae!! They ate it all! So I ended up taking 3 of them back today. They gave me store credit, which I used to buy a metal crate for my future puppy, some fish food, puppy toys, and pre-mixed salt water… well, it ended up costing me considerably more than the store credit I had.
