ICQ is currently down for me. ICQ has caused a error in If the problem persists please restart your computer. I havent been able to open this program for a few days now. Prometheus Posted September 5, 2002 Share Posted September 5, 2002 That happened to me once, while I was still using 99b (I hated the newest version and still do).
