Eisaac Posted August 31, 2006 Share Posted August 31, 2006 Hail all! I am currently buying all the Normal Iron Shields and Helmets I can put my hands on for 50 gold per BOD. Normal Iron Weapons are also possible, price depends on item. Having just 0.1 skill in blacksmithy can give you (and me, that's what I'm doing to get many of those) BODs fitting this description: normal iron shields. Here is why I need those BODs, if any of you want to do the same: The purpose: to "replace" junk BODs with better BODs. The method: Going to felucca, where the goods are cheaper, buying the items and handing them over with a smith of appropriate skill. The loss: You lose about half your money by buying and submitting the BODs Gain 1: Eventually, you will get better BODs Gain 2: With one good smith you can get 1 BOD per 6 hours. This way you can get additional 1 BOD per HOUR per character used to get those BODs (unless you absolutely need the 0.2 skill in smithing and tailoring...) I use this more as a smith because there's more smith in me than tailor.
